I still like fresh strawberries or raspberries in jello. It's something I make for holidays and celebrations. I never was a fan of savory food in jello
We ate jello when I was a kid, but I knew it was a food for poor people, and it certainly wasn’t healthy, so imagine my surprise when we were invited to dinner and served jello for dessert. The fact that we can still buy, make, and eat it doesn’t mean we should. There are so many wonderfully delicious, and healthy desserts available there is no need to eat jello.
Hello, "Mashed," I wish you had consulted me, a UA-camr, and other UA-camrs before making this video. Perhaps you would have mentioned the last desert served on the titanic (shown in another UA-camr's video) was a gelatin desert made of fish gelatin, which happens to be kosher and halal because it is made without pork bones. This was before the corporation called "Jell-O" as you call it made what was called gelatin in the past existed..... Or that there is a (different than the other one) UA-camr who's devoted his channel to cooking Julia Child's recipes. Or that there's a gelatin salad ring cook off contest every year in Wisconsin, where people make up their own dishes or cook the ones their grandma made, as seen in yet another UA-camr's videos!. I have two types of gelatin, one vegan and one made of fish, for making these dishes myself. I have many old cook books with recipes for both savory and sweet gelatin salads, I purposely bought kosher and/or halal beef, fish, and vegan gelatin to make old recipes because modern "Jell-O" has pork and doesn't set right because it's not what the old recipes that call for GELATIN are asking you to use. Please make one of these molds, you must use beef or fish gelatin not "Jell-O." and do your due diligence and research what's already on UA-cam about something and talk to other UA-camrs (like me) before making a video on a topic. In 5 minuets I could have told you so much on this topic that you'd have a much better and longer video with more information about the topic that was accurate, too.
These videos are produced by a big media outlet. To save costs, they use Chat GPT to write the script, read and recorded by a voiceover actor for the going rate and they use stock footage to be the visuals. in short they make the content for as cheap is possible. the best way combat this, is to take the wonderful research you have done here, and make a reaction video.
I've ate jello with fruit n cool whip. My grands now enjoy the same. We dont eat jello often but we like it. Sounds like you are little biased. No wonder ppl are unsubscribing to this channel.
Next time you make a first comment make it a paragraph like mine showing you watched the video and what you did and did not like in it. I am claiming the first comment award. I made the first real comment!
Do you think jello salad could make a comeback?
I love old fasioned things. I make strawberry pretzel jello salad a couple times a year.
No one told my grandma. She was a Jell-O salad goddess. 😊

I love the jello salads with fruit. However people do take it too far.

I'm just happy this channel at least uses voice actors. Some other channels do same low cost methods but also use an A.I. voiceover. @@TameraJacobs

Jell-O is just a fucking weird food, the only reason to make Jell-O is to make gummy candy.
Jello is not that easy to find anymore.
#RFMvids
We still eat jello salad. Staple of church dinners. Remember church? Remember Jesus?
This video is a stupid reach
Jell-o is just gross. Like chewing up rubber. 🤢
If your jell-o is chewy you’re not adding enough water, I guess you don’t like gummies.
I love jello!
