I remember seeing this on America's Most Wanted as a nine year old, and it scared me so much that it was the reason I actually stopped watching AMW altogether. I am glad that this is still being looked into. I'd always wondered what happened to this.
Johnson says, "We court those whose opinion differs from our own...I've been wrong before. Just because I'm sheriff, doesn't mean I'm right." Finally, a good cop.
Love Michael's podcast. His style of delivery is pure content meat and potatoes approach to storytelling , unlike other irritating true crime reporting podcasters who fill up air time with stupid banter between themselves loving the sound of their own voice They should learn from Michael
I really think they messed up the crime scene and evidence collection. The perp def had to leave behind some dna. And now we can make a family tree based on dna. Blows my mind how any case with dna isn’t solved. Well, I guess a lot has to do with funds doing the genetic testing and a genetic genealogist doing the dna tree.
I I think the "reality" of this case is skewed by the criminal histories a bit. Because of the charges (only as good as your lawyers), it appears that Lincoln was running a drug syndicate and Brian was an enforcer. The reality was much closer to the middle. Brian and Lincoln were of similar rungs on the ladder (neither "low level") and answered to a latino fella with an American name ("Joe" isnt the name, but it's of the like) who was Mexican Mafia out of Tacoma...which is also where the bulk of the drugs were coming from. This was a Missoula arm of a Tacoma Mexican Mafia syndicate..meaning that small-city meth users were being exposed to underworld consequences they wouldnt see coming. Highway 93 goes right through Missoula AND Florence. A young/male relative of one of the ladies who worked at the salon (I assume the manicurist, but I dont rememeber) owed some money for drugs. I dont know what Brian's plan was that day, but that is certainly the reason he was there in the first place.
That makes sense. That’s the only connection that makes sense to me. Because why else would drug dealers kill random salon workers unless there was some connection the police didn’t let the public know. I wonder if any of that info was in the murder indictment.

I really dont see these druggies having anything to do with the triple murder tbh
You spoil us with all your work Mike. Thank you very much from the UK
Had never heard of this case before. Always love a new episode.
What’s the motive or connection to these smalltime dealers/druggies? Don’t make no damn sense.
I've fallen asleep twice trying to finish this one. Lol....here I try again. Good stuff 👍👍👍👍👍
Just a note here. Brian Weber was sentenced today in Great Falls MT to 15 years in prison on unrelated drug charges.
About to make my 4 hour trip. Thanks for having me covered for at least an hour.
No problem ball sack!

Dude! Great podcast.
I grew up there...I was a freshman in high school when it happened. she was my family's hairdresser
Was she a good women? Was it hard on you guys:/
I too am from there. It was scary and completely unexpected.
Small towns cant solve big cases like this(sad). Do what Lane Bryant cops did and give it to another division to solve

This is my hometown. I graduated with the granddaughter of one of the victims
Aw I’m sorry, which of the victims ... I’m sure it was pretty hard on her:/
I graduated in 93. So scary to think it was someone I went to school with(Brian Weber)😮

Why does he sound different in this one ????
I recorded this ep when I was in the middle of an equipment upgrade. Hadn't quite gotten a feel for my new Mic & system yet.
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Theories?
Why do a video when who committed the crime has not been determined?
Do you have a brain? These cases need more videos made about them to raise awareness and hopefully someone with information will come forward.
It's also a podcast called Unresolved. That means the case has yet to be resolved
