I used the Epi-no last few months of pregnancy. I had a 9lb (4+ kg) baby (7 weeks ago, first baby) and did NOT tear! Could not recommend enough. It was a home birth in water so i can't say for sure it was th Epi-no (maybe the water also helped) but still recommend Epi-No to every pregnant woman who wants to avoid tearing. Makes postpartum recovery so much easier!
Also I meant to say this when you posted the video about what's going on with the bubba but I forgot so Im just going to say it here. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for talking about how you considered termination as an option. For whatever reason there's just this negative stigma around them and people like to take political stances...........ANYWAYS just thank you because even as an 18 year old nowhere near ready to have children, I want UA-camrs(especially the ones I admire) to be honest when having to deal with tough decisions and admit that everything is not all the unicorns and rainbows, because that's not at all realistic. Last week through the universe or not. Me and this guy have reconnected after 8 years. He remembered so much. Think I need to follow this.

9 years ago I was 12, I do things now that are 1. Illegal for a 12 y/o (I drink alcohol) And 2. I have very different people in my life now than I did then Of course I’m different! No one would expect me to be the same. But unfortunately when you’re an influencer/in the public eye, especially UA-camrs, your content has to grow with you. You can’t keep making content for kids when you’re in your late 20s (lots of other UA-camrs I watch had this issue) if you don’t resonate with that content anymore. It’s unfortunate when this happens, but you’ve just gotta do you, and if people stop watching your content that’s ok! You’ll get new viewers who enjoy this stage of your life and appreciate your content 😊❤️

I love seeing changes in my favorite UA-camrs’ (well basically that’s you and one or two other people) videos, especially vlogs. Change is a huge part of our everyday life and somehow it’s been marketed to be something weird if that change is moving away from a certain trend…I am so sick of people complaining about their content creator move onto a new path of their lives. Love the message here. I’ve been subscribed to you for at least 5-6 years. When I started watching, I was single and in the gym during most of my free time. Now I’m married, 2 dogs, and 30 weeks pregnant 😂 I also still love health & fitness. I just do it all a bit differently than I used to. There are some UA-camrs that I haven’t stayed subscribed to after their major life changes/content changes, but the people that relate to you, will stay around and appreciate your different journeys of life!

I love seeing changes in my favorite UA-camrs’ (well basically that’s you and one or two other people) videos, especially vlogs. Change is a huge part of our everyday life and somehow it’s been marketed to be something weird if that change is moving away from a certain trend…I am so sick of people complaining about their content creator move onto a new path of their lives. Love the message here. I’ve been subscribed to you for at least 5-6 years. When I started watching, I was single and in the gym during most of my free time. Now I’m married, 2 dogs, and 30 weeks pregnant 😂 I also still love health & fitness. I just do it all a bit differently than I used to. There are some UA-camrs that I haven’t stayed subscribed to after their major life changes/content changes, but the people that relate to you, will stay around and appreciate your different journeys of life!
