The thing I like about Tanzania is that they never attack any neighbor, or try to steal or loot their minerals, that's why they are getting blessed.

You need to stop steeling minerals from Congo and destabilizing the region. You should learn from Tanzania, it is a peaceful country. If you keep oppressing Hutus and killing Congolese for minerals you will eventually end up in a war that will destroy everything in Kigali. Kigali is built on Congolese minerals, killing of Congolese women and kids, this type of development does not last.

I am Kenyan and I must congratulate Tanzania for a job well done. This is far much better than what we have in Kenya. Hope to be back in Tanzania to experience this first hand. It's been 14 years since I last visited Tanzania at a time that this project had probably not been conceived as it was during President Kikwete's presidency. It is evident that the late President Magufuli policies helped Tanzania by leaps and bounds within a short period of time and Madam Suluhu is just building on the foundation set by Magufuli.

There is no challenge there. Kenya opted for diesel because that is what would work best. The Kenya train is convertible to electruc. Kenya played safe since she did not want an electric train without adequate electricity to power it. Once the electricity supply is boosted, Kenya will convert to electricity. Of course, there will always be those who run their mouths baselessly.

@@worldtravel7536 When you have the Chinese lice in the fur you will hardly get rid of them. What will happen if Africans are unable to pay back?
Europe got American aid at the end of WW2. The Marshall Plan (ERP - European Recovery Plan) gave funds to the states to give credits to reestablish the economy. This money still exists and is used for investments in tourist projects like cable cars and others. What would have happened to this money if it had been given to African states? In Austria, these funds were only for the Western-occupied countries, not for the Soviet-occupied ones. It took nearly half a century to overcome this economic difference, although most of the industry was in the Soviet Zone.

Did you actually listen to the video. Listen to how long the distance is. The longest in Africa.
Then go to Wikipedia and see how much and the time frame of how Tanzania is developing it's train network.
We Nigerians sometimes are too proud to learn from other African countries when they are doing better than us.
