    Isaiah Rivera I want you to remember the name Sam Brown I have told many people that I will be able to dunk next year I am in 8th grade I am 5,8.5 I can barely touch rim but next year I will dunk and I will use your training

      MC syndrome... Once you know how to train, basic dunking isnt that impressive. I thought 315 squat was impressive, bcs I was stuck on 225 for 3 years doing bs. Now with a good program I went to 315 in 3 months, same with dunking.. If you want to be remembered, you need to aim higher than that.

      @@stud_end123na bro what😂 it’s about hitting goals. Focus on hitting your first one, then focus on some crazier ish. If you set too high expectations, you might be disappointed which could lead to a decrease in passsion.

      @@stud_end123 You’re not technically wrong. But at the same time, this is a miserable way to think. Don’t put the kid down for setting a goal that’s out of his reach right now by saying it isn’t even that great a goal… Dunking at 5’8” is awesome.

    do you find that your proportions make it so that belt squats are "weaker" than your barbell squats (front and back)? i belt squat a lot more than i can barbell squat and thats with maximum depth (literally paused in the bottim eith my ass sitting on my calves).

    Took 3 months to heal certain body parts… havent jumped or lifted… nowww i want to see if i can get back to 47 inches without any weights.. straight pushups n meditating think i can do it bro

      Youre probably just gonna get injured again if you have a 47 inch vert without lifting... be safe brother 🙏🏾
      Also, maybe remeasure your vert.
