No, since the kills are stored as an unsigned number. The max amount of kills is over 4 billion tho

I got 1 negative kill on official casual server. It was probably some glitch. I have no idea how to reproduce it.

If I ain't wrong, you can get negative kills if you heal an enemy spy and he backstabs a teamate. Also I think you can get negative kills if you kill someone and get inmediatly autobalance
