I love to play wrestle. A piece of the puzzle to play wrestling is trust. You have to trust your partner and both have an understanding what play wrestling is. It's letting the other guy get deep into a shot and work for the takedown but also giving him enough resistance so he's forces to chainwrestle and then your partner trusts you to work your way out of the move. Alot of give, alot of take and alot of trust.
