Kyedae playing CS2 for the first time fully wraps up the entire experience of a Valorant player playing CS for the first time

for newbs the ak is defo harder because of the increased kick, but the pros will defo prefer the AK because when you have both the recoils down, the one shot potential of the AK is super valuable
valorant is just a dumbed down cs so it makes sense that a "good" valorant player is literally lost on cs.
@@sebbiesydenham3077bruh I don't remember being thrown into a gulag in the middle of a round in cs. Valorant is much more than just a dumbed down CS especially with all sorts of abilities and their interactions with other abilities. Throw in a CS player into Valorant and they won't understand a damn thing. Both games are very different.

the learning curve on this game is insane.. stick to shooting 1-3 shots and stand still while shooting is the biggest adjustments for new players.

From being a cs player for years and years then going to val and switching between the two occasionally..this is hilarious. The valorant gameplay in cs is funny to watch. Especially the crosshair being on them but the recoil of cs being horrendous compared to val. GGS

one thing that helped me in cs2 is the crosshair that moves when u spray, that helped me get kills for some reason.

Im a valorant player and i play this game for 5hrs straight it was fcking hard and its awesome!! I enjoyed it even though i died multiple times. My aim in cs is better than in valorant i guess i should stick to cs2 for now. Hahaha
The thing is cs is mechanically harder than val. If you don't get your mechanics right then you can't be good at cs. In val you have abilities which give you an advantage on enemy.

For any new people swapping to cs i recommend toggling the follow recoil crosshair option. Makes recoil control way easier if you are new to it.
Most people on this game have played with the same recoilpatterns for years so newbies cant really compare
Do not put on follow recoil, just learn the spray patterns
I played csgo for 5 years and then I switched to Valorant for 2 years, All of those years learning about recoils and spray patterns in csgo is gone because recoils in Valorant is very simple and narrow. When I came back to CS2.... yeah like a baby learning how to walk again

Maybe you should try to train spray control in Training w/o bots, it is sooo effective since the m4 spray pattern really differs to the ak spray pattern.
Since you played Valorant before, your muscle memory should adapt quite fast.
Try not to use the SG553 without the scope except you are standing like 3 meters away from the enemy.
Actually... just avoid the SG553 in general and use the Galil instead... it got nerfed pretty hard about 4years ago but imo it is still by far better than the SG553 if you are not scoping on mid to far range. :D

Valve's recoil implementation in CS isn't really the most satisfying imo. But what it does well is that it sort of encourages burst firing, which is realistic.

Honestly, people can say what they want about Kyedae but she puts in work. I honestly believe her if she wanted to actually learn CS she would. And ngl, Val players get headshots easier on CS. In CS you die easier than Val so usually people aim for the body.
the more people go up in ranks the enemies also get less predictable and move in a way it's harder to get HS'ed, so need to adapt

dmg here, i can gladly confirm nobody goes for body shots in csgo, also hitboxes are not similar at all between the two games making a massive difference in HSing.

@@vailingbow1068Distinguished master guardian, and from my experience on valorant (400+ hours), i can't feel how playing the game would increase your HS "sense" (unless we're talking about the agent outlines), but i just guess everyone has a different view of it.
Also the grenades constantly bouncing back from walls I did that too by accident 🤣🤣🤣

I love people saying the AK is hard to control haha. I had the opposite issue when I switched to Valorant from CSGO, I kept trying to spray with the vandal like it's an AK.

Nahh, sometimes the Glock is better than the USP because it’s much better for spamming and moving. Although if you’re good enough at counter-strafing or one-tapping than the USP or P2k are definitely better
