I loved the house, but it lacked two important things for the house to be complete, 1st shower in the bathroom to serve the other rooms and 2nd the area to put the wash and dry machines
I agree ...I love the entrance hallway to separate the living/dining area from the spacious bedrooms with built in cabinets. Those front and back balcony gives additional space for outdoor activities.
One thing I noticed was the lack of space for laundry area. But over all the interior designs are almost perfect! Job well done.❤️❤️❤️

Nice design, but need sliding doors on the showers, a laundry room, and a powder room close to the front for guests. Love, love the open space on one side of the house and bedrooms on the other!! 👍🏾!

Lo único que cambiaría son los baños, en especial el baño compartido y social, no tiene espacio para la ducha cerrada lo que mantendría siempre húmedo el mismo.

So if the people staying in the 2 other rooms want to take a shower they have to walk through the master bedroom and closet so they can shower in the master bathroom? The other bathroom is a 1/2 bath, there is no shower, only a sink and toilet. Also, where do you wash your clothes?

The biggest issue I see is there's no shower or tub in the communal bath. It's basically a powder room that's servicing the other two bedrooms.

Too much unused space allocated to living room, kitchen dining and hallway. It can be used for the bedrooms or removed and save the costs on overall surface.

Nice but still some flaws a lot of space is wasted in the name of passage. If kitchen is redesigned living room will be little spacious.
