BBQ Meatballs - My Secret Family Recipe- Easy Homemade Dinner

One of my most requested recipes from my adult children when they come to visit! These meatballs are easy to make and can also be frozen. It makes a large batch, so you should have leftovers!

Meatballs:
1 13oz can of evaporated milk
3 pounds of hamburger
2 cups quick oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup chopped onion(optional)
2 tsp salt (can be omitted)
2 tsp chili powder
Mix and Shape into golf ball size balls, place in glass or ceramic pans in a single layer.
Sauce:
2 cups of ketchup
1 cup of brown sugar
2 TBSP Liquid Smoke - Don't skip this
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
Dissolve over low heat on the stove and pour over meatballs. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
