Very cool idea. For Syrian hamsters one could use Pringles tubes once you remove the inner metallic foil, they have much more space in them and they are much more rigid than toilet roll tube. My hamster loves his Pringles tubes.
@Ashley Cyril I'm not sure who you are talking about but my hamster cages are all 620 Square inches. I use the Savic model from Amazon which Victoria Rachel also recommended on a video
@Ashley Cyril as I said it's a Savic cage from Amazon it's 620 square inches,which is above the minimum! Victoria actually recommended this model hun. This is Faith's mom btw. U are being blocked after this. U have been told this before. Also the wheel is 8.5. we tried him on a 12 and he couldn't get up there himself and he couldn't run it because of his small size. He is a baby. This isn't too say that when he gets bigger we won't increase size.

She has clearly stated in the videos,not just that one,but all her hamster videos,what the cage is,where to find it,how big it is,and why we chose it. She does not have time to care for all her pets and deal with repeating the same things over and over. U can clearly see that our hammies are well cared for .The playpen she showed was bigger than most people even use for cage which is for playtime not his permanent cage. I see a lot of people who literally go around accusing others of not the right cage ,etc. I can get if it's a critter trail but come on this is ridiculous. Also before u say this isn't big enough and start into accusing u need to examine the facts given. Look at Victoria's video on suitable hamster cages u can purchase, look at the model we use on Amazon(we gave u the info) and do the math. Don't come at someone without getting your facts straight first. This is all I am saying and we are done here.

Im super grateful for this awesome Idea, i used this technique to diy a house, tubes, multichamber hideout, and even a sandbath box. Really curious to see how they will hold up, i love it!
@@bperez9066 i am in fact still using the sand bath made from a red bull carton, same as tubes from a pringle can. They're still all good! I changed up some decorations and thus sorted out the house and the multichamber tho. But i do fully recommend this for longevity!

did this and decided I wanted to add a bit of color! I made the past and added a bit of natural food coloring to it!She/he will love it I'm sure! Can't wait to get him

The whole thing put together looked like a snowy mountain range to me lol I haven't done a diy for my hammies in a while and this one looks super fun to do so i might just do it soon :3c

Can I use coloured paper for this? I’ve watched all your hamster care videos over and over and I’ve done some of my own research for at least a year and a half I’m currently in the process of persuading my parents to let me have my own baby , hopefully I will find somewhere nearby to adopt from
don't just be like mom dad get me a hamster do about 3 months of research before telling your parents ake things for them tally up the price this will all make you chances of succeeding higher

Those definitely can work too! All the wrapping paper we've gotten doesn't come on tubes anymore :o it's just rolled onto a sheet of brown paper!

Tip: use brown paper to fill the bottom and white for the top and it’ll look like a mountaintop with snow in it

You can just use plain pva non toxic glue which works perfect and is cheaper & less effort 💞
Cost wise it’s probably the same. Most people have 1 cup of flour at home already. It’s also 100% safe, rather than glue which isn’t always 100% safe.
Victoria Raechel I understand where you’re coming from. I was always brought up doing paper mache using glue - maybe it’s just a UK thing :)
We use glue too, but since this is for a small animal that will most likely chew it that’s why you don’t use regular paste :)
