In or out of prison, I noticed big knuckleheads rarely expect to be blindsided or ambushed and they sometimes fail to factor in being outnumbered and weapons being used. It's a trip but larger dudes are also the most prone to panicking when something out of their control, like an earthquake, suddenly jumps off.

I think the prison system only pretends to care that the inmates hurt each other with improvised weapons. If they really wanted to, they could stop providing anything that could be made into a shank. For example, toothbrushes are gone, they are replaced by a little silicone fingertip toothbrush, that you put on the end of your index finger, and the brush is on that tip. There's no plastic shaft anymore. Stuff like that. Every inmate area is changed. All screws are covered up, etc. They could revamp the entire prison. If they really wanted to, they could do it. I don't think they care.

The wild part is some of the highest paid state employees are prison doctors 😂 I saw an article one of those docs was making like 700k a year , more than doctors working in a hospital.. and he had mad disciplinary actions taken against him.
In the Feds, the TV rooms aren’t in the day room, but they’re in the unit and are rooms that each race can own. Like a white TV room, a black TV room, a Southern TV Room, Native TV room. Not all races will have them sometimes, or possibly in the USP’s the TV rooms aren’t owned by any race, but other places people can watch TV. But in the Feds, each race has a TV, and you have to have a radio to tune into the TV.
That’s exactly right. We called the spot the flats where the TVs were. Dial in your radio and listen to your designated tv. But back then, the TV rooms could be treacherous.

I agree... That jury really only stuck with what each defendant did. Unheard of whit a state jury would've done. Now... I've never been part of a federal charge or indictment, but I know how California prosecutors works. Though I'm not saying that federal prosecutor in this case didn't operate the same. But knowing what I know how trials work, jury receives Instructions how to convict by judge only. They had not only a good jury but probably a good judge too (and definitely helluva counsels)

I suffered for two year's, constantly in the local ER, Dr's blowing off my cancer as "growing pains". When the Chief of Staff at Children's Hospital tried recovering my records...they "conveniently " disappeared. I Recieved no Justice. If it was foreseeable that the proximate cause of death would lead to the actual cause of death then you are on the hook for the death. For example someone robs someone at gun point. The victim has a heart attack and dies. Is it foreseeable that a person would have a heart attack because they are being robbed at gun point? Yes it is. Proximate cause is gun to the head, actual cause of death is heart attack. So is it foreseeable that a prison has bad medical care and that a stabbed patient will die from malpractice? Yes it is.
