How to set up vMix for streaming w/ vMix Streaming Quality

I have vmix 23 the issue is when I connect my camera Sony 4k while selecting the resolution it doesn't accept 1920*1080*p.it shows like video is played in slow motion but if I select 1280*720 it Plays clearly.what might be the issue.pls let me know ...I have cannon camera also ..in this also same issue

There seems to be no setting to dynamically adjust bitrate to prevent stream from dropping out like OBS has.
Do you know if there is a way to do this.

Does this work with Skype? Always have trouble playing my edrums thru Skype when i get online lessons
