"Defenders of the Earth" is an animated television series that brings together iconic comic strip heroes Flash Gordon, The Phantom, Mandrake the Magician, and Lothar to battle the forces of evil. Kshin: An orphaned boy adopted by Mandrake, Kshin is a clever and curious youngster with a knack for getting into and out of trouble. His bravery and resourcefulness make him an essential part of the Defenders' family.
Zuffy: A small, furry alien pet belonging to Kshin, Zuffy is adorable and loyal. Though not a fighter, Zuffy's keen senses and unwavering loyalty to Kshin and the team make him an endearing and valuable companion.
Loved the remix of the opening song. I remember the show but I didn't recognise alot of the villians or side characters, been too long since I last watched this.

The Flash Gordon movie should be rebooted. Followed by the Phantom. Mandrake should get his own standalone film. Then, they all join as The Defenders of the Earth in the team-up movie. Pretty much what the MCU did.

@@Geekyzilla If you're thinking of PHANTOM 2040, I disagree; I thought the writing was fascinating, though I grant the future-dystopia setting was a stretch of the original premise. Trouble is, the video is really hard to find.
Amazing work my guy, as a fan of the Defenders of the Earth who occasionally binges the series on UA-cam from the Comics Kingdom channel and keeps up with the comics, this made my day. Hopefully soon the Defenders of the Earth get visualized in all their cinematic and comics accurate glory, great job with the soundtrack too ❤!

Good but as a fan i cannot remember some of the characters you showed towards the end
It's mostly the minor characters in the end. Those who only appeared in one or two episodes.

Interesting, pity that in the show they give only a daughter to the Phantom, in the comics he had a couple of twins, adding also the male would've been more faithful.
If I remember corectly then Flash Gordan was supposed to have a daughter instead of Phantom but they changed it in the end, not sure why

I have a few ideas after you figure out the inhumanoids try the rest of the Hanna-Barbera superheroes ( space Ghost, mightor, etc). Then after that why not mighty orbots, Galaxy rangers, bionic 6 just for starters.

Prince Valiant made a special appearance in one of the episodes. I think it was the same studio that did the Price Valiant series.
