Fascinating look at Soviet personal computing. In the 1980s specifically, how many computers would be in Ukraine (order of magnitude, 1000s, 100,000s)? Generally speaking, would a highschool have one computer or would there be a computer lab, e.g. 10+ computers? Given the difficulty in acquiring parts, how many hobbyists would be able to afford/build their own personal computers?
