There should be a rule that if that haven't made a decision on your c&p in over 5 years they automatically give the veteran 100% until they make their decision. (Bet it happens fast after that)

+Wow. I first applied for an increase back in June of 2013. I have been appealing it every since. Chisolm & Chisolm accepted my case August 2019. After listening to your video it seems I am in for a longer wait than usual. I will do what I can to stay healthy while waiting. I wonder how many veterans pass while waiting on a Veterans Board decisio?

My appeal got submitted to the BVA in February 2020..so it sounds like I should get a good book to read because it's going to be awhile

I waited 9 years for a hearing. I got one in August 2020. I still am waiting for the initial decision.

I refused a hearing and the judge still hasn’t made a decision and it’s been over 3 years

Waste of time best thing is to go the news and newspaper to get the VA to really look at the outside of VA
