I just happened on this video when searching for instructions on a "bridge" card. You do such a thorough and professional approach to your videos...no hem-hawing around which is remarkable skill. I definitely want to subscribe to your newsletter...don't know how I missed you. I loved hearing your craft buddy bark! Music to my ears!!
Great card, can't wait to get this set!!! It is best without the snow. The snow doesn't show on camera anyway!! Thanks for sharing your great card!!! Hugs!
Oh Sandi, this is soooooooo fabulous!!! :-) Always, always your tutorials cover every aspect I could ever be wondering about..lol lol. I can't wait to make one of these.
I was so excited about this new card fold idea, I am making a Halloween version right now and have a Frozen one in mind too- of course I will link to your blog post when I blog these cards. I had to order the die set you showed from a close friend who is a SU demo right away too:)
They are both beautiful........thanks for showing how to use these edgelits...........can't wait to give it a go! Thank you so much for a great tutorial - it is so very helpful!
Fantastic job, Sandi! Thank you so much for sharing! I love your card. My pick would be the one with the snow, and I'm going to add Dazzling Diamonds to it as well.
Sandi, I bought the dies for this and then said "OH! What do I do with this set?"...Loved the set as soon as I saw it and bought it without realizing how the dies were made....Thank you for sharing this great idea of building a bridge card....Also want to thank you for sharing the sizes of all the dies...that is so, so helpful.
WOW! I fell in love with last November's Paper Pumpkin and wished I had gotten additional kits. This is just the ticket for that and I also love anything using blacks. TY & love your videos always.
+Sandi MacIver ....I love these cards!!! They're beautiful! I'm so glad you shared this technique, cuz I saw one of these bridge cards a little while ago, however, there was no tutorial attached and I was puzzled how it would all go together! So thanks for sharing!! ☺ PS...I really like the card with the 'snow', however, the card 'without' is very beautiful as well! ☺
Nice design!!! ( I like it with the snow.) Have to make several of these for the holiday season. It will impress the pants off cardmakers and relatives alike.
Wow- I found this video and your channel because of a Facebook post. Oh my- I love this card - the layout is awesome. I am just starting on UA-cam and so appreciate the beauty and professionalism of this video as well as the great card layout I have learned! I am now a subscriber and of course you got a thumbs up! Off to check out your blog now!
aw, thank you so much for your kind words Karen, I'm so glad you enjoyed it and thanks so much for subscribing, hopefully I'll keep you stamping for a long time to come.
I like this card very much but I think I want to make one similar with the Night In Bethlehem bundle on page 26. Hopefully your instruction for this card will help me figure that one out! You do a WOW job putting these together and explaining so most of us can understand the logistics. Thanks Sandi!
Great card! I wanted this die but forgot to add it to my order but it will be on my next order for sure now. I was with you on the black Christmas cards but you have convinced me as well.
Love the card, but it was hard to see the snow. Maybe I'll try to mix a little Soft Sky reinker into the Textured Paste to give a hint of color. Thanks for showing us how to make this Bridge card.
Love, love. love this card. I like it both ways. The snow is beautiful. What did you use for your snow? I couldn't see it very well. Great instructions. Hugs.
I received this die/stamp bundle yesterday and was up until 2 a.m. playing! I found your video in a Pinterest search for cards made with this die set. For me the fiddly part is the foil paper in the windows, so this may not be a card I mass produce...unless I omit the foil. One suggestion -- at 13:00 you say the bridge is 1 3/8" long, but it's 5 3/8", so you might want to add a note in the description for those who don't go to your blog for the measurements. Thanks for the inspiration! ETA: Thanks for the reply...how did I miss that correction you made??? It's so obvious and I still missed it! Sorry about that. I made another card today...love this design. Thanks for sharing your talent!
Sandi, Love this card!! I guess you would sign it on the back?? I know I'm in the minority but I prefer the card without the snow. Thanks so much for sharing.
I love this! The only problem i have is i like to make 5x7 cards and for some reason, standard size cards are much smaller. My whole life when I received or gave a card, it was around 5x7 so it seems more like a standard size. Idk why handmade standard is so small. I have never made a standard size card. I can get inspiration from all of these tutorials, but then have to figure out the sizing so i can make a larger size. I just don't have the brain for that.
Hi again Sandi, In your video you say the dsp is Merry Music, so I purchased, but am wondering if this should be Merry Little Christmas 144621 instead as I cannot see the starry sky in Merry Music. Maybe an edit is needed???
Hi Sandi, Thank you for your wonderful card and video. I really appreciate your work. I am a Stampin'UP! demo in Quebec and I have a question for your. Where did you get your wooden background? is that paper or vinyl? Thank you in advance for your help. Hugs and kisses. Marie-Lyne

Fantastic job, Sandi! Thank you so much for sharing! I love your card. My pick would be the one with the snow, and I'm going to add Dazzling Diamonds to it as well.

Thank you Elsie, I made a mistake while taping, and in editing at 12:59 in the video did post in LARGE black letters that the bridge measures 5-3/8"
