For regular folks without a dealer’s license the fees are tremendously more and that may/will limit the vehicle prices that are being considered along with not having the same access to the car network as you do.
I teach how to get a license for a much cheaper price than it'd usually take which I mentioned in the end of the video
@@FlippingUniversity there’s alot involved with getting a license which varies from state to state and can be quite cost prohibitive. There’s ways to bid without the licenses and acquiring lots and insurances needed to get vehicles and they can still be obtained without the expenses. How about that option also as opposed to paying to be only taught one way.

When I sell my cars I meet ppl at a parking lot, but sometimes that's stressful when u get a no show. Do u usually meet them at your house??
Yea I definitely get that, I usually still meet them around a parking lot if it's a business flip. I'd rather not give my personal address out freely. People can get very weird about cars purchased even if everything was good when they got the car from you

Easy 10k min a month flipping cars
With that Jeep.. it was your first time .. make it your last time..time is money so just don’t buy vehicles with obvious rust like that, leave that for someone else.
And 2 things, first I genuinely just wanted to learn and try the process. Also part of this channel is about showing people that they can do this themselves as well rather than discouraging people that can't afford to pay someone else to do it
It took him 2 hours so it wasn't a lot of time at all. Looks much better after and probably would have sold for less with damage as is.
@@FlippingUniversity or the option of people not buying rusted vehicles and spending the time on the actual flipping which gets them paid and then able to use the funds to move into the next flip. Time is money
@@bh5929 would’ve possibly made more money by purchasing a vehicle that didn’t have that damage in the first place and filling a metal void with the foam you use to fill cracks in your home and a rattle can paint job. That rust will reappear and his credibility is trashed.
That’s a ridiculous statement. 2 hours of work is nothing. Sometimes making things *just better* is *just* enough.
How did you change all 6 plugs in 30 minutes? The plenum and throttle body have to come off to access them and I have never seen it done that quickly. Please tell us your secret
I didn't have a stopwatch going to get an exact time but from estimates it shouldn't have taken more than 5 min for the bottom 3 and the rest of the time went into taking out the top 3. From what I remembered the whole thing definitely didn't take a full hour
Lmao he lying, he only did the front 3 spark plugs
Just looked up labor time provided by ALLDATA. 3.4 hours to change all 6 spark plugs on a 2008 Toyota Sienna 3.5l engine.
I dislike dishonest car sales people. Just be honest and say you did the front 3 only
