I just started with Ultimate in the Netherlands! The sport here is not that large, but I feel like its gaining traction lately. These videos really help me improve and hopefully i can compete at a higher level later in life. Thanks a lot!
I'll have to ask Ben! I can see case for a trailing edge if he couldn't get around to the 'sticky' side of the disc i talked about in my catching video
Out of curiosity, why the emphasis on not hucking more than 50 yards or so in a game? Just personal goals to mitigate variance and turnovers, or does the structure of the offense just not send as many cutters super deep to make practicing those kinds of throws worth it?
I think it's a percentage thing. The closer you throw to your absolute max distance, the higher degree for error. The whole body / throwing chain is moving at full speed. Add in the fast pace of the elite scene, good defense, reading poaches, and I'd rather throw a chip shot (50-55 yards)
While I'm still pretty new to ultimate, vids like these get me excited to learn more and keep improving
Thank you, more to come!

this place looks like so lovely! Would love to move there and do the drills like this every week
Love this drill idea!
Throwing with intention!
Great vid, also do you agree that a left handed catch on the clip you showed @ 8:25 wouldve made it easier?

What's your shoes, Ryan?
Sweet idea for a drill!
I love setting up real drills. The ones i usually see are outdated for the modern game!
