Chelsea and @enricbou.acro.yoga Enric of @acrojunts were teaching Whips and Whip Pops at AYGA Portugal 2024.
We played a little bit between Workshops. As usual I asked if she wanted to do any machines or what her favourites were and Chelsea mentioned the Psychodelic - great choice!

I wanted to add a Whip, so we used the Reverse Back Whip, to Inside Star, connecting with the Pyschodelic and then a Goofy Bird step and a Reverse Ballerina step back to the Reverse Throne.
We recorded this in one take and didn't repeat enough times calibrate. In another machine we recorded later we were already flowing much better.
