This is a version of the classic Catherine's Wheel with a pop and an Icarian done in tempo.
As in the video:
0. Bird
1. Shoulder Stand (SS)
2. Reverse Back Bird (RBB)
3. Pop to Throne
4. Pop to Bird
Repeat or finish.
We created it back in February just before we taught Catherine's Wheel at the Porto AcroYoga Class (PAC) 02. We decided to teach it at the @north_acro_fest North Acro Fest!
