With those yield signs and the sound barriers, that highway is a death trap at the beginning. Those cross streets have absolutely no visibility to make that yield even possible without somebody getting hit.
It's funny how people seem to forget that cars just clip into each other in the games, and yet people are concerned about safety other something that's NOT even real. Also blind junctions do exist in real life, deal with it.
I'd love to drive on the sim in this city with this traffic, taxi game or something. Imagine if we could drive on this city in BeamNG or Assetto Corsa or something, would be sick!
Like with SimCopter and Streets of SimCity. I only tried SimCopter when I was a kid, that was a lot of fun. I use the first person view mod for CS1 which is awesome.
Why interstates going directly through the city to the point where streets and pedestrian crossings are going across them? At that point, it wouldn't be an interstate but a US route. US routes have varying speed limits and have traffic lights and stuff, for example, US Route 60 has a 25-mile-an-hour zone where it goes by a college campus in a city and it has 35-mile-an-hour sections in the business district, but a lot of it is 45 or 50/55 mile an hour zones. It is still stroadish as hell.
That's a cool idea. What would be the best way? I'm sad the car turned right at 2:04 just to get back onto the very same road at 2:45, but other than that I thought it was a pretty good route!
Hi i am new to this gameplay. How does this work ? Player has to build the map completely and what about the car ? I am just trying to get hold of this new game (new for me), thanks!
Yes the player builds map. All buildings and roads are placed by the player. The game engine handles the cars but what you build and where will determine what kind of cars spawn or come to your city.
I select the car to follow it then go to camera mode and find a suitable view behind the car and then I cross my fingers and hit play. It takes a few trips to get one that "works" ( see my insane crash video of me trying to do this but I ended up involved in a crash). After a get a solid ride I speed the footage up 300-500% due to how slow the game runs with a city this size. I try to smooth rubber banding as much as possible and then walla!
Third person view gave me open world games with 2000s vibes

So we aren’t gonna talk about the person walking on the freeway @ 1:30 💀
wow really great build from what iv seen so far great job
I appreciate it!
5:38 6:08 Very accurate taxi movement
LOL! This is the realest thing I’ve read 😂😂 NYC taxis driving like this 24/7 I swear
Lol so real
People: **Sees an in-game taxi doing weird movement**
Also people: **Suddenly hate all taxi drivers in real life**

It goes from a 65-mile-an-hour highway to like a 35 instantly? That is such a stroad!
Omg for real like f cars, Ban all cars. Only allow pedestrian roads in place of cars to spite the car brain urban planners!
@@JefeHolmez ban humans
@@JefeHolmez It's funny how you say "f cars" in a Cities Skylines video. Sometimes I hate urban planners.
@@Aro3o6 If we ban humans, then all motor vehicles would be banned too. Do you also want emergency vehicles and service vehicles to be banned as well?
@@automation7295 yes please, if possible, ban everything
How many petrol stations do you need? Yes
What a great order there is in traffic :o what a big difference with the previous one, it looks incredible
I appreciate it!
Crosswalks crossing a freeway? What? At least put traffic lights at those, because yeah, some highways do have crosswalks, but only at lights!
Yea, maybe I need elevated crosswalks along all of those intersections. Good call!
@@ak_swervin I apologise for sounding rude or mad. It is just a videogame, but I am making a relation to how bad that would be in real life.
@@ak_swervinanother option is to put an island in the middle to seperate it

That's pretty cool! Now run it through runway GEN-3 AI and bring it to life!
I think you should improve the safety of your highway system ! (By putting trafic lights, longer on and off ramps, interchanges etc. 😉
And taking away those crosswalks and putting pedestrian bridges instead, Jesus! (or putting traffic lights where the pedestrian crossings are.)
I think its too safe
This looks AWESOME
Thank you!
와 해안가쪽 도시 진짜 잘지었다...
감사합니다!
I'd love too see the route from the sky!
Maybe next ride-along video I'll show the route overplayed on a zoomed out view of the city. Thanks for the suggestion!
Nonono, all the songs we need are in the K-Rose radio
_All my ex's live in Texas~..._
That's a good tune! Don't mind some George Strait 🍻
Opening song sounds like Dress Code - Mau P
I do like the yield signs though. They are superior to stop signs.
Rockstar needs to take some notes with the population density for gta 6
4:10 why is it just standing there
Haha, idk they look deep in thought. Sweet red coat though.
CS 2 needs the free mode from the Xbox version where you could drive or walk in your city
I would love that!
These roads look like plastic.
It's probably low graphics settings
@@CarmenRZ nah its just the game.
Like ur mother
Maybe BCS its not a driving simulator game???? 😮🤯🤯🤯🥶🥶🥶🔥🔥
It’s a city building game not driving sim
cool
Thanks!
5:05 One more would fix it >:)
Yea but lets see if we can get 8 more in there! 😇 LANES!!!
Please post a map of your city and the route this car took

Is this cities skyline 2?
Yes
how is there people walking on the side of a 6 lane highway💀💀
IDK, I keep telling them not to do it, but they keep doing it! I put some signs up and everything 😅

did you used mods for the buildings? great city
