    Apart from his amazing Virtuosity, Daniil captures the Music, makes it his own and let it sing from his Heart. He is a bright shining Light in the World of Music ! 🌠
    Thank You Jay !

    I think this is the intensity Scriabin dreamed of. Toward the flame and all that. All I know is that while I appreciate it so much, I wouldn’t want to feel how Trifonov looks to feel lol

    Wow! He really changed his interpretation of this piece. I heard him play this in 2022 and it was very similar to his 2008 San Marin competition (?) interpretation. He used to emphasize the languid side of the piece too much (in my opinion) which led to it being a bit meandering.
    This new performance is very close to my ideal interpretation. He embraces the fiery and the climactic parts and ups the risk taking on the chordal sections a lot more. And innovates with the genius pedalling and slower tempo at the quiet start of the coda.
    This is a top 4 Scriabin no 5 performance without question (Richter 1961, Lubyantsev 2011, Peter Laul being my other three).

    Trifonov sits down, takes no time to prepare himself mentally or even sit straight but plays right away, and stands up immediately after hitting his last note. The man never ceases to amaze me.

    • @elisabethbaumer-sn8go
      @elisabethbaumer-sn8go 2 місяці тому +1

      Doch, er nimmt sich Zeit zur mentalen Vorbereitung, und vermeidet jegliche Ablenkung. Aber dies schon Stunden bevor er auf die Bühne tritt, mit dem Drang seine Musik zu teilen. Diese Scriabin Sonata spielte er während eines 2 Stunden Solo Recitals in Salzburg völlig auf die Musik konzentriert .
      Hört und sieht man doch !
      Und Daniil Trifonov ist wirklich erstaunlich und wundervoll ! Ein Privileg, im zuhören zu können .

      People xan be very different . Certain pisnists do things differently but get the same result through the work they did. Rosina Lhevinne was amazed by s female peer who when she played got a certain type of piano sound-tone but in a different way than Rosina was taught. Pianists who worked or studied under Horowitz talk about many features of hid very unorthodox technique. Watch his films.

    Trifonov is amazing, but he always seems so uncomfortable with the audience. He always seems like he’s in a rush to get away from them even when bowing.

      Nein, Trifonov hat kein Problem dieser Art. Bei einem Solo Recital ,( dauerte etwa 2 Stunden)
      Ist er völlig in die Musik konzentriert, so dass er sich selbst vergisst. Diese Konzentration beginnt er schon Stunden vor dem Konzert, und er vermeidet auch jegliche Ablenkung . Aber das Publikum ist ihm lieb. Er spürt auch die Resonanz. In einem Interview hat er einmal gesagt , dass er die Menschen mit seiner Musik über den Alltag dieser Welt emporheben möchte . Bei einem Konzert mit Orchester werden Sie ihn anders erleben. Sehen Sie sich das Dvorak Konzert aus Prag von September 24 in Prag an. Ist neu auf You Tube und einfach hinreißend gespielt !
