21:46 hey camodo great video, as per usual. peice of advice, if you want more power from nitrous and turbos etc. upgrade to a heavy duty or performqnce spec long block, as they have higher torque tolerance

You need to change the diff gearing... give it something like a 3.08 gearing on the front and rear diffs for better top speed. Idk exactly what mod lets you customize the diff gearing but I have it and it works great for working with diesel engines that cant rev very high...
the engine damage due to overtorque is because you had a stock engine block. You need to use a heavy duty block. When switching to the V8 at the end it came with the heavy duty block. That is why you kept blowing the engine.
Racing transmissions, just mean they're stronger and tuneable. Diff ratio is what you want to change to get the biggest speed difference.
Tires are probably popping because of overload at speed.
for some reason when the engine blew, it wasn't pulling the clutch too. So you'll need to manually pull the clutch so you can roll faster.
I like this idea! It would be cool to see it with other types of vehicles like super and muscle cars 👍
Also the mod pack does add some cool configs! I might check it out soon 😮

V10 with stock engine block & twin turbo/nitrous + speed gained from jump = 💥 V8 you swapped to had a heavy duty block. Just FYI ❤

Scramble the truck no matter if it runs or not you have to modify the truck from there to beat the fastest model of the base vehicle. If you lose you get to do the three upgrades.

The reason it was blowing up was because you had all those other high end parts and a stock long block so it couldn’t handle the torque when the wheels span in mid air and on the you let off more, you were still on the throttle whilst the truck was bouncing and settling so it still overtorqued the engine
Hey camodo. Little info why your engine kept exploding. Its becuse you had a stock long block. You would switch to a heavy duty or hight performance long block

Camodo why not try flying up the mountain and then trying to land as soft as possible or do a straight up nose dive/bomb once you get to the top of the mountain but the choice is your's my dude or should i say cadingmodongdo
I notice that in a lot of Camodo and Neil's downhill challenges, they blow their engines from over reving. A piece of advice I've learned is that the clutch isn't just for shifting. It's also good for preventing stalling and, unrealistically, can be used to maintain the engine at speeds faster than the car is designed for.
You should do random parts on the crash hard Mountain 21:49 with the sunburst and the vehicle that you should go against without Brenda parts or modifying you should do the fastest truck let you use in this video that you're trying to beat and you're trying to get in first place against and the sunburst you get four parts and then you have to start off with random parts and you have to do a first run with it before you modify it the only thing you get to modify is suspension and tires pink axles and paint

The V10 is just junk like all v10s are in real life. Also, if you want to go faster, you change the rear end gears. Changing the transmission just changes the amount of overdrive, and that doesn’t make much difference.

Maybe having the clutch pressed when landing might’ve helped since over torque is probably related to the difference in speed between the transmission and the engine so the clutch might help despiste that difference.

@camodogaming change your rear diff gearing of you want to not rev out so quickly, lower the gear ratio=more top speed less acceleration/higher gear ratio=more acceleration less top speed!!! Keep up the quality content
You should have upgraded the long block for the V10 that is usually part of the issue with over torque damage

One suggestion you should do a video where ou start with a upgraded vehicle but you downgrade it each time in races like that.
