    Portland gave 2 first and 2 seconds and a vet for him, none of your trade proposals make sense, they are not trying to move him, he is their best player so far.

    • @quintupleovertime
      @quintupleovertime  6 днів тому +4

      Yeah no one really has alot to offer other than Memphis, or OKC if they wanted to make a trade for some reason. I just really want see him on a contender. And i think the Suns could get it done if they were desperate enough

      @@doronmatzov1237 Very good chance of that, for sure it is not going well there at all. Deni I think in theory could get them sort of back in that realm of competing though. But yeah it looks like it's all going down hill there

    Wishful thinking at this point …Avdija is elite starter - borderline fringe all star material and any team who’d want him will need to cough out some assets for him.

  • @יוסימזגאוקר-נ8נ
    @יוסימזגאוקר-נ8נ 6 днів тому +14

    Portland succeeded with the Avdia trade and gave 2 first-round picks in return. Avdia is the best player on the team with a comfortable contract that will decrease in salary over the years. Why would they move him? They are stuck with Ayton's contract. Portland doesn't want any more high-profile players, and they will want a minimum of 2 first-round picks. It doesn't make sense for them to agree to anything less than that.

    If Denver gonna get Deni, so there will be a big chance for them to take the title with him!… Deni can really blossom in a team that shares the ball!... But the Blazers won't traded him?

    • @quintupleovertime
      @quintupleovertime  5 днів тому +1

      Yeah he would be awesome on the Nuggets! Would love to see him there. Unfortunately Denver just doesn’t have the assets/picks to get the deal done most likely

      @quintupleovertime Look, there's always a way for three-way or four-way deasl so anything is possible?

    Deni is an asset for every contender because he is a great defender and a solid offensive player and a force on transition.
    However there is no way it will be traded due to its age, contract, coach ability and the trade the made for him.
    . everything can happen in the NBA, but i don't see it happening

    Portland traded 2 future 1sts and 2nds to get Deni Avdija. Deni is playing well, so why should Portland take back in return other teams "garbage" and settle for anything less , and most likely more?
    So as much as I like the Nuggets, they do not have enough assets for a trade. Phoenix will have to give all 3 picks and more, and the same goes for the rest of the teams mentioned.

    As a Blazers fan I can tell you there is no way in hell he's getting traded. He is seen as a cornerstone in the rebuild. Shae/Clingan/Scoot/Deni/Camara....those are the guys that aren't going anywhere....everyone else is available imo.

  • @davidholmes990

    Why would Portland trade Deni? he has proven he is our future starting small forward, Portland needs to add not subtract.

    • @hestilllives192
      @hestilllives192 4 дні тому

      I agree about not trading Deni, however they do need to subtract Grant/Simons/Ayton if at all possible. Those guys are harming the development of their actual young core of Scoot/Sharpe/Deni/Clingan, because they will never be more than mediocre NBA players. Whomever they draft should fit that group and be who Portland develops going forward.

    Think McFly Portland is not going to trade their best player that they just acquired who is 23 years old on a very team-friendly underpaid deal.

  • @shanked1734

    Are you crazy nobody here in Portland wants to bring back Nurkic. Why would we bring back a center when we already have 4

    • @quintupleovertime
      @quintupleovertime  2 дні тому

      No for sure, the trade would only be for the picks if Portland decided to go that route. But him being only 24 it would definitely make sense to keep him as one of their key pieces

    • @shanked1734
      @shanked1734 2 дні тому

      @quintupleovertime yet will still be holding on to his lump sum contract that we can't get rid of just like Ayton contract. You're pigeon holding the Blazers with this absolutely ridiculous suggestion. Yes granted it's the only move Phoenix has but it's stupid and it makes no sense. You're welcome to your freedom of speech and say whatever you like but put some more thought into what the Blazers actually needs instead of just throwing pieces in there that fits

  • @dorondaniel1

    Ya Phoenix has nothing close to what the Blazers would take. The Blazers are probably hanging up the phone on all Deni offers. Certainly Memphis, Cleveland, and OKC have the assets to interest Portland but likely wouldn't part with them. Think Edey and draft capitol or Chet. Mobley. Which they aren't going to offer. We wanted 2 FRP's for Jerami Grant in the summer. Jerami Grant, Anfernee Simons, Deandra Ayton, Rob Williams, and Matisse Thybulle are all on the trade block for the Blazers. That's pretty much it unless they get blown away by something.

    If you are serious about this prospective trade, then you don't deserve to talk about basketball on your channel. There is NO WAY the Blazers trade Deni. They are committed to him, they wanted to draft him. Give. It. Up. It. Will. NOT. Happen. Horrible take.

    Really good trade for the Suns? No shit, you are not a rocket scientist are you? Why don't the Suns just trade one of those first rounders to the team that gets the #1 draft pick in 2025, that would be a good deal for the Suns too. Do you get my point?. Deni is one of the best players in the league that makes under 16 million, the Blazers are not doing that. Maybe commenting on pickleball might be a better match for you.

    The only trade portland needs is:
    76ers: ‘?? Blazer 1st, ‘28 & ‘30 MIL swaps rights, Deandre Ayton, Jerami Grant
    Blazers: Paul George, Kelly Oubrey Jr., Andre Drummond, Kyle Lowry

    (8:20) Nuggets are looking to trade away Zeke, and wouldn't mind giving up Dario and Hunter, sure. And they can't trade that 2026 1st round pick due to the Stepien rule. And there's no way Avdija is worth 2 1st round picks at the same time, lmao

    • @quintupleovertime
      @quintupleovertime  6 днів тому +1

      Yeah they can only move 2031 unfortunately, but i don’t think that would be enough for Portland to accept. He’d be really good on the Nuggets tho

  • @magimixil

    As much as I want to see him on a team that is a candidate for the championship or at least ON the playoffs, there is no way that Portland trades him
    He is a player with an excellent contract relative to his utility and what he give to the team
