I’m a leftie and use a regular oblique holder. I just have a different tilt on my paper.

Get a pro art sword brush, you'll not regret buying it, they can paint incredibly fine and the reservoir keeps the colour coming through.

I get the holding onto old nibs...I’m always thinking there may be a project on the horizon that needs the erratic characteristics that would fit perfectly into a piece that needed random splatters and blobs only an old nib can create authentically :)

I clicked through the calligraphy toolkit and ordered the ArtBin container recommended, but it didn't come with dividers. Did you have to buy those separately?

I am not getting a box that detaches dividers both horizontally and vertically. I a getting the ones that are detachable horizontally only. My holders doesn't fit.

There are left oblique holders, but I honestly don't see too many left-handed people actually using them. Try the basic Speedball Plastic Oblique holder - you can switch it to be both right- and left-handed
