  • On April 27th, the Law Offices of Peter N. Brewer hosted a free webinar, titled Easements & Boundary Law in California. Presented by real estate attorney Simon Offord, the webinar discussed important information about easements in California. After explaining the basics of easements - included what they are, what kinds of types exist, and how they are formed - the presentation then explored each type of easement in-depth. Examples were used to show how an easement may impact a property owner, and how an easement can create a shared use for disputed property. Common disputes & issues relating to easements were discussed, concluding with a Q&A session.

    What about if you have to cross land or a road to gain access to a lake for fishing and wildlife photography?
