This is so informative and helpful for my business. I see so many similarities to probate. Thank you for sharing your webinar. Stay safe and blessed

A foreclosure has been put on my property but I had put the property in a co-ownership with an LLC which holds 100%. Myself with 0%. Is the property protected?

Probably had some good info in this video. However, unless I connect an external speaker to my phone, I will never hear it. Please adjust your microphone or do whatever is necessary in order for you to increase volume levels in future videos. Especially towards the ends of your sentences where your words start getting so softly spoken that it is impossible to hear you at all. Thank you for considering my suggestions!

Thank you i for all that information. it's seems daunting to start partition. I'm considering it right now. the other party refuse a buy out, refuse to sell, want to buy me out for less then half of my offer to them. This is very fustrating. Wish I knew then what I know now.

How is your case going? I am considering this, too.

bt10ant . Still in court. She refuse to answer the summons until the last minute. She filed a protection order agaisnt me to get me out of the house. She stopped paying the mortgage, and any bills pertaining to the house. She don't want to buy out, don't want to sell. Seems like it's just about putting a financial strain on me so my credit gets ruined. But I'm still chugging along after almost a year in court, and not see the judge as yet. Good luck with yours.

Same situation in Canada and I’m at a loss for what to do. Can’t even do my art work in my own home. I hope your experience was not a stressful one and amicable in the end.

@@dhaakira my advice to you, get a good lawyer with Partition experience. This case takes a long time, and can get complicated if the other person is difficult.
