When riding a bike, it wasn't always practical pulling my phone out to check time, so I bought a couple of Gshocks back to back, that was enough to land me in the Rabbit Hole of watch collecting and Horology in General. So far I have 8 watches collected over the last 2 years. Right now I'm saving up for my first Swiss piece. So will always have ❤ for Gshocks & Casio for opening this door for me. Peace out
Your wrists seem to be around the same size as mine... if the size of the Speedmaster Professional was putting you off, try the latest iteration. They drastically reduced the lug to lug length and it wears so much better now on the wrist. Also, the new bracelet with the taper offers a much better fit as well.

Amazingly similar collection to mine. I own the pelagos39, cartier santos(m) too. But I find the new Explorer was poorly executed in lug width and aggressive taper dimensions. Makes it wear much smaller. I prefer my 114270 for symmetry and proportions.
I also sold a Rolex (14060 1999) in favor of a Ginault Ocean Rover (also the no-date version). Except for the movement, I dare say Ginault is as well made as R. Come on and hate me now R fan bois..

Sorry if my taste is harsh, but only loving your Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Tags and GS 🔥👌🏽 good taste👍🏽, even Maybe the Seikos and Casios, but rest of the garbage should be burned in flaming fire and used as fuel for Eastern Europeans with no power at the moment. Great video !
I sort of agree, but in a slightly nicer way.He’s got some solid pieces(actually awesome pieces), but he can pare down the homages and sell off the watches he doesn’t really care for much. He’s got some real pieces, then he would have similar homages that bring down the value of the collection. That’s the downfall of the collection. Otherwise, collection is pretty solid.
@@TA-mu4jt yea I shouldn’t been so nasty, but I hate fakes, copies and homages. I hate being confused spotting or having someone confused me wearing a Rolex or Breitling for an Invicta.

@@TA-mu4jt I do like the Seikos in the lot. I guess I'm in the same boat as the OP. Some great pieces to start the video, and then kind of went downhill until the Seikos.
Casio is not god tier, cheap plastic rubbish, but everyone has jumped on the bandwagon, Even the less expensive auto's are better if you want to wear a watch like a grown up
@@AndySTWT You have many important beautiful watches but Casio are the McDonalds in the Michelin food guide of life, Enjoy your collection but I stand by my opinion and will continue to follow your channel, But I can not associate plastic battery powered rubbish with Horology
Nice collection. Is that Smith's bracelet U.Seiko as I noticed the clasp was. I have Smith's Commando with lovely tropic dial but struggle to get good fit with oyster one

I'm biased only owning the Bb36 blue dial but it's a fantastic watch I've worn almost constantly for two years.
I wouldn't swap it for the OP.
Keep rolex, omega, cartier, tudor, gs + your sentimentals + some beaters (g shocks, sm ranger, traska)
