It is much better, probably the most down to earth straight to the point no BS drama realty show there is; couldn’t get through one episode of selling sunset, it’s fake drama and cringey galore lol.

I rarely watch TV , but I tell my wife to record this show so we can watch it together when I am off. It fun. Only please don't put David Hasselhoff back on another episode. That was too painful. Gee I wonder what was in that cup he took with him as they went to tour homes.
I love this trailer. I am a realtor myself and this situation of having to open the seller's eyes is so frequent. Is there a way to watch the episodes from abroad ( France ) ? Any replay, youtube or else ? Or is that just too new ? I am not familiar with the US TV system. Thanks

He is the type of person who will one day get disrespected in the same way he does to others but will act surprised. It is possible to get the same work done without being this arrogant.
You can't be successful by being nice. He wants to make the sale and as much money as possible so there is no space for feelings. But you're right about him being the type of person to not take it when he's disrespected

It's not disrespectful when someone has been trying to sell their house for a few years and can't figure out why. It's his job to tell them why it isn't selling, and what they need to do so that they can sell it. He's not one of the best in the game because he's concerned with being indirect and cute about everything. Some times you need to tell it like it is so that people will understand the reality of the situation.
This show is strange; I love it though the owners are eccentric, often irritating. We root for them, I suppose, because it's a game and we have to root for someone. In the end, the market rules all, and today, the market is down and will be so for 1-5 years.
What world are you in. The market is booming…for now
I feel like real estate agents are really a useless job. They take so much commission just to open the door and show the house. It feels like we should find a better way to sell/buy home without using these intermediary blood suckers. No?
Real estate agents handle open houses and the negotations. They also provide a buffer between the buyer and the seller. That buffer allows emotions, biases and perceived personal slights between the buyer snd seller to be kept at a minimum. That increases the chances of a successful sale.
