- Super Duper Healthy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars on the go.
1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 large egg white, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 5 Tbsp milk.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Coat in 8 inch pan. Whisk together all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk the egg and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter until incorporated. Stir in the maple syrup until thourthly incorporated. Stir in the milk. Add in oat mixture and stir until mixed. Spread in prepared baking dish and bake at 300 degrees F for 10-12 minutes
