i didn't know you could freeze mashed potatoes , i would think they would be mushy or watery 🧐
No, they turn out well. Of course nothing frozen is as good as fresh but works. If you look back at my big batch cooking days you will find homemade TV dinners that I eat for lunch. They are good. Better than a sandwich every day.

When I make my salves, I strain out the leaves before I add the beeswax. All you have to do is set it back on a low temperature eye on the stove until the beeswax is melted.

Thank you for subscribing and commenting. Comfrey is not the same thing as Plantain. Comfrey is excellent to place in your orchard because the long tap roots bring up nutrition from deep in the soil to fertilize your trees and berries. I am trying to find some Comfrey for my orchard.
