I feel you, but this is just a basic move, If I tried to teach The actual way I do it, You would know why I call it what I call it. and your knees would cut open like crazy the first trying to get used to it. This is just a basic to keep people from severely injuring their self. My personal version of this is way more advanced.

I think it's kinda stupid to say respect the style with the moves he has shown I mean a runningman a knee spin these moves were use in bboying and nwejack for ages don't claim that you invented these moves and why not use these moves in your style it looks like lil buck got insperation from everywhere and added it to his style

I don't believe someone could really explain to you how to jook from a tuturial except how he did when explaining the toe and ankle strengthening in the last vid and also key moves like the toe stand. But if you want to learn the best way to understand it is to watch as many memphis jookin vids and battles on youtube, download some 3 6 mafia and get some Nike Air Forces...
