It is funny seeing how foreigners feel kpop is edgy, different, more creative than western pop, and that western pop has become boring. But when it comes to the koreans interviewed, they feel kpop is bland and boring, where as western pop is more creative and diverse. Funny how that works. I guess that's where growing up in a certain pop culture comes to play. Koreans are used to korean pop culture and are looking for something different, where as the comments I read appear to be used to western pop culture and so are also looking for something different as well.
@@TyoungG It is not true. Music has no language barrier. You can listen music without a vocal. If you cannot, you just do not understand about music. In the internet age, there are many translation and community that can explain a lyric in other language.
I feel like the first guy is definitely correct that it makes it feel like it's easier to connect with the music when it's in a different language and you don't necessarily understand the lyrics (so you don't realize if they're cringy) and just listen to the sound of the music. That's why he said he enjoys Jpop, and I feel like it's also why a lot of non-Korean speakers enjoy Kpop. It might even be why Koreans seem to enjoy Western pop so much. I really don't understand the guy who said he thinks Kpop songs all sound too similar but he listens to pop (I'm assuming that means Western pop)...because to me Western pop all sounds similar. And honestly, I don't think foreigners who are educated about Korea at least a little bit have a stereotype that Koreans all listen to Kpop...I think it's pretty well known that ballads, hip hop and for the older generation trot seem to be the most dominant genres. I am kind of amused by the number of times you heard New Jeans in the responses, you could probably predict what people would say by that point.
@@ElwynnForest I'm sorry but I don't agree. I don't think the voices in Kpop sound similar at all, and honestly I think you'd find the variety in it if you looked into it more. It's a bit different with Kpop in that a single group can be doing many different genres in their songs, as opposed to Western artists just sticking to one genre so you have to listen to more artists if you want more genres. However, I would agree a lot of Kpop TITLE tracks might have a kind of similar sound because they're meant to be catchy. If you want variety you NEED to dig into the entire album, not just the title tracks. To me, if I put on a pop radio station in America, every song is going to sound very similar to my ears. While I'm here, I like your username. It's cute to find a World of Warcraft player here.
It's sad that some people only listen to songs because they are popular/on charts. They only follow the trend and not the music itself. But yeah we are in an era where kpop targets more overseas listeners/fans. It was different back in 2nd/3rd gen kpop, every group has different concepts/color and I miss that.
2nd kpop groups each had their own distinct sounds., like I could tell the diff between shinee and exo and 2pm even if they were all singing the same song 🥹
My friend was studying abroad in Korea. During the nightlife, she told me they barely play K-pop at all and instead play lots of non-Korean music like American pop, hip-hop, reggaeton, and edm. Seems odd considering how popular K-pop is outside of Korea.
i mean, kpop is not something youll play at a club lets say, definitely not for the night life. but they do play in regular caffes and such, or some markets play music too. they do play it but obviously thats not the right music to put for the night life mood anyway
don't be surprised. they are not different than the americans who listen to swift or eilush because they are popular which means they just throw an eye on the top of rankings without going deep into the music industry of their country... just like you. and those who hate kpop, they do so for the same reason... they only look real quick at the most famous ones, hate it and move on without digging deep. just like you 🤷🏿♂️ that's the same everywhere in the world. sadly the most popular ones have rarely the best quality releases to offer
Yeah I’m American I’m a casual listener of Western Pop but I prefer K-Pop. Most of my fave western pop songs are songs from the mid late 2000s to early & mid 10s.
FYI Not all Koreans like Kpop. Not all Asians like Asian things. Not All Americans like Western Pop. Some prefer other things. And that’s okay. I’m one of them. I like it I’m just a casual listener but I prefer Kpop. I know kids at my school of Asian descent who prefer American things over Asian things.
Why are you talking like the world think all koreans listen to kpop, Most koreans do but yes a few dont. But your making such an obvious statement it is insulting to read it.
You do realize you’re the norm, right? Most younger American girls listen to more Kpop than Western pop now. You are also the norm because YOU EXPLICITLY HAVE TO TELL EVERYONE THAT YOU ONLY LIKE K-POP. 🤣🤣🤣
@@carrington2949 well we also have country, Christian, Rock, etc and my fave western pop songs all came out in the mid to late 2000s and early to mid 10s

In China, it’s divided. You either like Kpop or Jpop. It’s uncommon to have someone that enjoys cpop Kpop and jpop at once. The majority pref Kpop because it’s trendy and those that pref Jpop are usually anime fans
im not understanding your question. Are you asking if chinese citizens arent listening to Cpop or global audiences? If you are implying for chinese citizens, thats a given otherwise how would they sing in karaokes? globally? because the chinese gov and companies dont give a crap about foreign audiences just like japan. Jpop are attracted due to anime softpowers. and Korea invested alot of money of advertisements and promotions on youtube and such. @@fishcake__
As i mentioned earlier, chinese citizens do listen to cpop otherwise they wouldnt be able to socialize with friends at karaokes. I dont think that C dramas are anywhere close to K dramas, taiwanese dramas used to be mainstream during the early 2000s, nowadays its dominated by K drama.@@fishcake__
K-pop, which is referred to in foreign countries, is idol dance music. In every country, younger people enjoy dance music more than older people. So, in Korea, the age group that consumes the most K-pop is between the ages of 10s and 20s. In particular, girl groups are like energy drinks to Korean soldiers.
Then do they listen to girl groups there? Interesting. I also watched that the army had a tension with North army, and they played Girls Generation on the border of North Korea.
@@pabliciosoares903 Korean soldiers don't have many vacation days, so they can't go out often, they can't go outside the base even on weekends, and they can't even use cell phones. (The use of cell phones has been allowed since 3 years ago..) Because it is completely isolated from society, soldiers have very few opportunities to see women in particular. So they only watch girl group music videos on TV.
@@pabliciosoares903 K-pop and K-dramas are illegal in North Korea. The North Korean government believes that if North Koreans realize that South Korea is wealthy, there will be an internal rebellion.
If you look at the Korean music charts, three major genre occupy the top 100. Hip-hop or hip-hop r&b, ballad, idol music. In addition, English pop songs and trot songs often appear on the charts. Here, idol music is commonly recognized as K-pop. Especially overseas, it seems to be recognized like this. Perhaps it is because K-pop idols have so many overseas fans. The reason why these K-pop idols' music is on the charts is mostly because of their fandom. It's far from popular. Of course, some songs from girl groups such as New Jeans, Lesserafim, and ive aespa have also been popular. Even my friends in their 30s know about it. However, except for BTS, boy groups in particular are really not well-known in Korea. Their song is not popular without fan's support. This is because the song itself is far from popular. It is different from previous generation boy groups. It is closer to the taste preferred abroad. In Korea, even Fifty Fifty's songs weren't very popular in Korea. Koreans don't listen to synthpop. As generations pass, the songs of K-pop groups become more experimental and seem to be made to suit the tastes of overseas fans. I think that's much more prominent in boy groups. Not that this is bad. K-pop has always evolved. However, it may feel unfamiliar to the Korean public
I 100% agree. As somone that listens to kpop but also to a lot of other genres it really seems like back then kpop groups rlly "copied" western pop/hip hop to make it likeable for Koreans since that was their target group cuz kpop was pretty much only known to korea and maybe some other east Asian countries (that might also be the reason why so many 2nd gen kpop songs sound so nostalgic to me even tho ive never listened to kpop when i was a kid) but now that their target group is so diverse n mostly foreign they actually do the opposite and make it "sound" more like kpop cuz that's what attracts foreigners to kpop oftentimes (because many kpop fans r tired of the same old pop etc. and got into kpop cuz its sounds so different)
K-pop is good because I don’t understand the lyrics. If I knew the lyrics I’d probably wouldn’t like it because of the cringe lyrics that I do understand in English pop.
As an American, I dislike almost all mainstream American music, especially the lyrics. With Kpop it depends on the song, but I've appreciated that many songs I've found the lyrics are much better and not cringey. I use subtitles.
@@sjplus36As a Korean, it's kind of interesting that Americans don't like American songs very much. I also often listened to American songs, but when Cardi B's song reached #1 on the Billboard, I wondered if the world was really dying. Are there a lot of people in America who hate those songs??
How the guy with the black Calvin Klein shirt felt about J-Pop is the same way I felt about Japanese rap. When I heard it the first time stationed in Japan, it blew my mind. Didn't understand the lyrics, but the rhythm and the beat was amazing.
Seems like new jeans is officially taking over as top girl group. Twice are still the queens of korea in my opinion but newjeans is what is trending. Same with aespa and lesserafim.
Most of the music I listen to is citypop and a bit of house music and when I listen to korean songs, they are made by underrated Korean artists. Here are some of my recommendations : - Minan - 날씨 (weather) - Nyeongin (녕인) - COLLEEN - Green Dawn - 허상(虛像) - Shin Dajung - I'll be Fine - Toasted Walnuts - Spring Songs
Do u also know Eyedi? I love her songs Caffeine and &New. she hasn’t made new music in 3 years but she was known as the retro and city pop Korean queen.
I like kpop but selected songs and right now, I'm listening to one of BTS member V song called Love me again. It's a very Good and calming song from a kpop idol.
Do people like it and listen to it because they really like it or because it's at the top of the Korean charts? The second option seemed much more to me, listen to what's trending at the moment. Even because it is very difficult for someone to identify with the popular kpop songs at the moment if you are not a child or teenager.
I noticed that also, that it’s what is at the top of the charts is what they listen to not because they like it. Only a few can actually define what they like and choose to listen to it even if it’s not trending. Korean’s decision making for everything really is based on trends. This becomes problematic when it comes to the music charts because automatically, the underdog will never have a chance not matter how talented theory may be. The charts only shows who is popular because of trends, which is contingent on the size of their agency not actually admiration of vocal ability or content. BTS is proof of that. You think they would have learned from that mistake.
ERICASHANNON Not y’all generalizing the whole Korean public from a video of a couple of Koreans randomly ambushed by this man in the street.,? From the Koreans I’ve met, if it comes to music , they go all out in distinguishing what they like and what they don’t like. I’ve met a lot with the most unique tastes in music,.
@clorozweepvmundosalazar5153 If you actually read my comment, you would understand that my comment is not a generalization of the entire Korean public . Because I did not use the word all, or everyone it is implied that my comment is limited to only the people in the video.
You can search the popular songs in the internet. It is easy and can do for an educate person, not just a child or teenager. So, a child must be smarter than you are.
Why do people follow what's popular? Are you a sheep? Where is your individuality? You should listen to your soul, get to know the real you by giving opportunities to diversity. I used to listen to both K-pop and A-pop, but now it's not enjoyable. I don't know if they seem to be making songs for idiots or if they think people are idiots. Both K-pop and A-pop used to be great, now they're both terrible.
If I'm gonna listen to pop music of any kind it's usually Kpop. It feels like it takes more creative risk than most pop these days, and especially with certain groups there's a mental/emotional uplifting aspect to it that can be healthy as well.
That's why I really love Everglows song FIRST they talk about getting yourself out of depression and really being all you can be. And Dreamcatchers songs like BREAK THE WALL- breaking down the walls we put up around ourselves- are very uplifting as well 💗
I'm super old so I'm leaning towards 1st and 2nd generation of K-pop. I stopped listening to idol dance music since 2ne1 disbanded and then I recently started listening to all the younger k-pop bands. But I still feel like k-pop was more fruitful and diverse when it comes to their musical genre back in the days. New idols seem to be better performance-wise and I respect it. I still enjoy every aspect of k-pop even tho I'm almost 40.
I agree. I'm a kpop fan since 2009 so most of my favorite artists are in 2nd gen and 3rd gen. I also listen to some 4th gen songs but I don't deep dive to the groups because they don't give me the same feels from 2nd/3rd gen.
I can relate to first guy i actually love alot of japanese movies vibes it gives me perfect nostalgia of old times which make me miss school days when we use to exchange CD of movies and drama because internet was expensive...
I know for the fact that Koreans don't listen to kpop for a long time. they only listen in 2nd generation. only teenagers like kpop. thank god WINNER is different. they're famous in Korea. that's how I know that Korea is difficult category. but not only koreans, me too don't listen to kpop again nowadays because they're becoming too similar and only focusing on visual, specific fans groups, and choosing popularity over music.
This is a very natural result. I can guarantee that if an interview is conducted in a certain country and the entire country listens to the same song. The music of that country would not be interesting. Any country where music has developed has a lot of genre diversity behind it, including jazz, classical music, EDM, hip hop, and underground culture.
Listening to Korean music since like, 2008, I got burnt out on it in 2014 before it even exploded globally, but I've been listening to some newer groups that made their debut after. It's really interesting to see how things have evolved, but you'll also notice how things go in cycles for each generation. BlackPink is basically the replacement for 2NE1, Twice the new version of Girls Generation etc. This is why J-pop has a lot of longevity for me with individual artists since it's hard to replace trendsetters like Namie Amuro or even Ayumi Hamasaki. That kind of individualistic style is a little harder to find in K-pop.
Also, J-pop is very diverse musically as well. That might be tough for a newcomer but once you dive in, there's so much stuff to find. With K-pop, idols are very overrepresented, so it tends to crowd out non-idols. I will say the one thing that J-pop currently lacks is a new diva like Namie Amuro, Hikaru Utada and Koda Kumi. Like, the only one I can think of at the moment is Aimyon but her music is different from the people mention(still love her stuff though).
At first, I hated Kpop because I felt like it was overrated and the vibe and style were all similar. However, one of my friends was into it and introduced me to BP and BTS and then it became my obsession in 2019-2021! I still like it but I'm not a hardcore fan. It still makes me cheerful and warm inside
Non Koreans who are surprised some Koreans don't listen to k-pop need to understand that k-pop nowadays is super famous because of international fans...
Yeah, the Jpop guy is very correct! Even I don't search up the lyrics of the kpop songs until I'm very into them & when I do, I silently hope that it's not something super cringe, because I've had that happen & it's such a turn off. Like I'm bilingual, so I gotta find music that's not cringe (in the 2 languages I speak) & which actually make sense. I'm a 'too much' music person, so like I really do love lots of variety in music, but yeah I'm slowly losing interest in kpop, like it was good when I first got into it, but I think that was mostly because the whole music was kinda different(since I didn't know the language). Tho I have an Ult boygroup that I stan(I used to like lots of boygroups, but this is the only one that I still like) & I love their music, so I'm pretty sure I'll still listen to them even if I do loose interest in the rest of kpop. Oh & the only thing that's stopping me is that the new girlgroup songs are really good! like I have never been a fan of girlgroups but the new girlgroups are actually making good music imo & it's quite vibeyy. So, if they still keep up with it, I might not leave kpop.
new jack swing is like the safest bet when you want to make sanitized music for teenagers to dance to. and kpop doesnt really stray far from being safe. i can name like at least 5 kpop songs from a few years ago with that vibe

No real and raw talent. Somebody else writes, produces their song, and they don't take part in the creative process. Also in live performances, either they lipsync or use auto-tune.

i never get the vibes of idol's music, and i feel mostly these artists are not doing their music with a heart and soul. they get it produced ( and even other artists getting it produced ) but the sicnificang difference is that the k- pop artists are so connected with their management, that in every single interview or performance i simple cannot feel their own idendity but just an empty soul that dance on the stage cause someone order them to do so, same goes for their music, their style, their fashion, the interview and what they talk on their interviews. music should be freedome and give an inspiration about freedome. but k-pop and idol music in my eyes had absolutely nothing to do with freedome and own decisions and own experiences its an entire machinery of someone higher people order you how to act to sing to answer to dance to behavior. and in end " how much to weight " forcing to change appearnece... by surgerys it gives me vibes of..... beeing an empty soul having no idendity. and because of that i simply cannot get along with k-pop. it has zero uniqueness.

Well he is right. J-pop is more diverse than K-pop is. J-pop blends their traditional sounds with the western pop / rock sound. You can literally find the right taste for you in J-pop. J-pop is not only about anime and idols and whatever you think it is...

I like kpop that’s made for Koreans but not what’s made for export. Just because I’m not really into the ’harder, grittier’ type music. Kpop abroad is more hip hop style. At least that’s how it was when I lived in Seoul some years ago.
4:33 Most Koreans often listen to hip-hop? Most Koreans don't listen to hip-hop, most listen to K-drama ost songs or mainly Korean ballads besides Korean songs.
It might not be that way anymore but when I was living in Korea in 2014-2018 a LOT of Koreans liked hip hop. It's why 쇼미 and 고등래퍼 were popular for years and any time rappers released songs on 쇼미they would hit the charts. There was a time 'Mommae' and similar songs played all on the streets and you couldn't escape them. Rappers like Amine had a better reception in Korea than even in the US. Koreans have always seemed to love ballads. Hip hop doesn't seem trendy anymore but there was definitely a hip hop influence before. A lot of my Korean friends who are now in their mid to late 20s still only listen to Khiphop/R&B/indie and the odd kpop song here and there.

It is funny seeing how foreigners feel kpop is edgy, different, more creative than western pop, and that western pop has become boring. But when it comes to the koreans interviewed, they feel kpop is bland and boring, where as western pop is more creative and diverse. Funny how that works.

If you are implying for chinese citizens, thats a given otherwise how would they sing in karaokes?

K-pop, which is referred to in foreign countries, is idol dance music.
In every country, younger people enjoy dance music more than older people.
So, in Korea, the age group that consumes the most K-pop is between the ages of 10s and 20s.
In particular, girl groups are like energy drinks to Korean soldiers.
Then do they listen to girl groups there? Interesting. I also watched that the army had a tension with North army, and they played Girls Generation on the border of North Korea.

newjeans is so popular 🥺 i'm so happy for them and their success
Boy groups have a stronger fandom.
But these days, girl group songs are better. For example, New Jeans

Facts.

As Korean I thank to them. It is good to see enjoying kpop together.

Well he is right. J-pop is more diverse than K-pop is. J-pop blends their traditional sounds with the western pop / rock sound. You can literally find the right taste for you in J-pop. J-pop is not only about anime and idols and whatever you think it is...
Maybe Kpop is like the tourists spots of music to Koreans, it looks good and lavish on the surface but doesn't strike a chord with them anyway
Yeah that’s kinda how it is
Omg everyone is listening to newjeans
Yes New Jeans and BTS are so popular most people in Korea know them more than anyone else
As an American, I listen to SHINee and hope they tour the US. I also like SF9. Kpop has such a great beat to dance to. I'm more of a music fan than a lyric fan. Prefer the guy groups over the girl bands, plus I like the way the guys dance. The guys have such wonderful voices, yet the girls are too high pitched. I'm surprised that HipHop came up so often, as a preference to many Koreans.
In general I totally agree, though I'd be curious to see what you in particular think of XG.
Its like anywhere. Hiphop is the biggest genre in the states and alot of European countrys, so I guess it's the same in america.
the guy that listens to j-pop is me with english music
I mostly listen to everything. I can't really name all the genres. It's just based on feeling. ❤
I think Kpop is more popular among the teenagers
BTS is not popular in their own country. Is that true?
bts are the most streamed music act in korea, bts have the longest charting song on korean charts, bts have the most unique listers for a song in korea...etc.
For anyone that likes kpop idols that can sing and have good music, check out LABOUM 😁
I don't particularly enjoy kpop as well but enjoy jpop alot more. I also have the same hair as the guy that said it. Is it worldwide that people who like jpop have this hairstyle?
I think people tend to have a misconception all over about what music people listen to. Like here in the states, not all Black people listen to Hip Hop/Rap. Even within South Korea, there are various genres of music. Thankfully there is something for everyone.
NewJeans and XG are my favorites!!! I love their style of Kpop where they have a heavy R&B influence in their music!
XG isn’t kpop
Don't put two groups together Most Koreans don't like xg
man.. korean rock seems dead
No, Korean Rock not dead. The genre just not that popular in Korea, so most of them (K-Rock & K-Metal artist) move underground. Ironically, the founder of K-Pop sound in early 90's is a Metalhead...
@@rajatugau4232 that's what i meant, nobody's popular
@@notbillcipher Not really...only a few able to break into mainstream with Pop Rock genre & kinda popular in their own term...like Dreamcatcher, Rolling Quartz, Xdinary Heroes, Day 6, Younha...but some of them went silent for a while, like Bursters, their music pretty good...I hope they still active. Sometime K rock band got invitation to music fest like JUMF. Where you'll see new Rock artist appeared on stage almost every year.
@@rajatugau4232 who you listed aren't even close in quality to someone like nell jaurim hyukoh or even the smaller ones like se so neon silica gel hanroro, there are no big rock bands now. only time will tell if the best small bands will grow into generational legends and bring real rock on tv again
@@notbillcipher sadly, the world of K-Pop now is more to popularity and good promotion. For me, all the artist I've mentioned is bold enough to break into mainstream although they got criticize & look down by other bigger fandom very often. It's their effort to break the mold of K-Pop that we should respect. Their move maybe not that important for you, but for me it's the only way to revive the Rock genre into mainstream. Rock genre not only underrated in Korea but also the entire world right now.
Name Santosh
Super 🇮🇳 India 😊❤
I, too, listen to kpop because I don't understand the lyrics. I prefer old school gospel, contemporary gospel and old school R&B for the lyrics and sentiment. I listen to kpop for the idols, choreo, catchy beats and melodies.
I'm just listening to shinee music , although I can't understand but I always listen to them ❤️❤️
Who is the first guy? He is gorgeous
0:30
I thought he asked Krystal and then proceeds to promote aespa's song. lol
For K-Artists I love SHINee.
For J-Artists I love Fujii Kaze.
That Korean guy is totally like me I'm always more into melody than the lyrics.
But for me, the only artist that's worth checking out both lyrics and music is Fujii Kaze. That guy is unbelievably talented.
Cool video once again Jerry!
I wanna have your consistency as a creator as well - so hopefully people will also watch my street-interviews from Denmark:)
Nah. I listen to K-Rap, K-R&B, etc. Keep up the good work, m8.
뭘 좀 아시네요👍
0:50 to 2:06 he is beautiful he doesn’t listen to k pop but he looks like Beomgyu from tomorrow by together🤣🖤👏🏾
I'm shocked because the first (black shirt boy) and second (white top girl) looks very beautiful, they themselves look like idol
Is it just me or does he sound like the male version of fatou speaking english
뉴진스 유명해 한국에서 많이 언급되네 기분 좋다 ㅋㅋ
I‘m also korean and don’t really like kpop
I like kpop that’s made for Koreans but not what’s made for export. Just because I’m not really into the ’harder, grittier’ type music. Kpop abroad is more hip hop style. At least that’s how it was when I lived in Seoul some years ago.
New Jeans?
Omgg yess the girl saying she likes aespa is the same as me, i'm so addicted to Better things these days
4:33 Most Koreans often listen to hip-hop? Most Koreans don't listen to hip-hop, most listen to K-drama ost songs or mainly Korean ballads besides Korean songs. Koreans don't listen to hip hop music often. In Korea, I listen to IU songs or upbeat dance music. A group called BOL4 is also a song that Koreans often listen to in the summer.
K-Pop is targeted to tweens and teens. Young adults and adults prefer K-R&B and K-HipHop
@@gwenmloveskpopandmoreTeenagers listen to k-hiphop more than adults.
Japanese anime songs... kidding me?
I’ve never seen niceville mentioned 😭😭 I’m from there it’s so weird
i love the black skirts as well😊
I'm really curious what hiphop songs they are listening to. Does anyone know which ones are trending in Korea rn?
I only know about K-HipHop. As for artists the most popular ones are like Jay Park, Crush, Loco, Sik-K, etc
@gwenmloveskpopcecmore I know Jay Park, but only a few of his songs. Thank you for replying btw :)
@@user-m__ I really think you should do a deep dive on K-R&B and K-HipHop there’s lots of Spotify playlists full of it
@RossaFayza oh yes can’t forget them
@@user-m__ btw Crush is more K-R&B but he’s great
I have no idea what any of it sounds like.
Then go check it out
Yes mostly kpop songs are generic and intentionally designed to be addictive ear worm.
But finally I found STRAY KIDS music, it's exciting and different❤ it's so diverse, from Edm, rock, hip hop even cozy songs. I like Venom, Voices, All in, Awkward silent and Another day😊
I found a Stay😊❤
K-pop for me is BIGBANG though they didn’t sound that K-pop-ist either (but that’s the reason I like them) 🫶
Completely agree with the guy who said kpop lacks uniqueness in style. 4th gen or whatever is lowkey boring cos they all sound the same (even if every fandom pretends their group is special, they all sound the same 🥱). Got so bored until I recently discovered BtoB. They restored my faith that there are actual musicians in kpop.
The fandom and the music of K-pop nowdays make it boring. 2nd gen K-pop was iconic
@@yayyjpop yes! I'm fairly new to kpop (just under 2yrs) so came in on the 4th gen era and quickly got bored. Don't get me wrong, I love a few songs but most are bland. Now just discovering 2nd and 3rd gen groups and they have so much more flavour and distinctiveness, plus they can actually sing 😭🙌🏾
@@doreeneb Exactly (I've been a kpop stan for about 3 years now) imo most 4th and 5th gen debuts sound the same. It's just boring and not unique :/. 2nd and 3rd gen really had their own thing they really showed off. Nowdays i just listen to a lot of jpop hahaha
@@doreeneb 너가 케이팝을 얕게 알기때문에 쉽게 질린다는 편견을 갖게된거 아닐까?
Why does no Korean listen to K-pop, but everyone on Korean streets does listen to K-pop?
Why everyone listens to ballads but nobody listens to ballads? 😅
Maybe people are just clueless 😂😂
모든 음악에 포용적인거다. 한 음악만 듣겠다고 다른 음악들을 배척하지 않아 미국인들처럼.
