I have a question, I have a new TCL TV. Done setting up the google account TV, after that we watched on netflix. But after that one movie, my TV wont go back to the google home TV. Any idea why?
For some reason, google Home is not taking my google account password when it is asking me to continue setting up my google home. The password is used for my UA-cam and Gmail accounts. Can you help?
It’s pathetic I need to watch a video to set it up as I downloaded google home and it didn’t prompt me to scan any qr code nor could I find anywhere to add or connect my tv or enter any setup code anywhere .
Had a 75 inch TCL 8 series. Lasted 16 months, then got black screen . Customer service told me no service or repair centers in USA. So, my $ 1,800.00 has gone down the drains. Customer service said the cost to repair it will be more than the price of a new TV. They recommended buying a new TV. I took their good advice and I bought a new Samsung. No more TCL, No more Chinese TV for me.

They added, the cost of repairing it will be more than buying a new one. They recommended to buy a new TV. Their recommendation was good. I bought a Samsung ;-)
Sorry to hear that, sometimes with electronics we do get duds that don't last. Let hope you have better luck with another brand. So far so good with this unit but as always I will keep you guys updated as we go along.

You can skip TCL account by clicking up arrow 5 times and then down arrow 5 times, it will show up an option to skip it.

My TV didn't ask me if I wanted to set it up with WiFi and I don't want to put the app on my tablet

1800 for a tcl??? I would spend that kind of money on Sony or Samsung
