ingredients:-
1 kg white chana
.500 gm onion
.400 gm tomato
salt to taste
whole spices
2 spoon coriander powder
1/2 spoon turmeric powder
1 spoon degi mirch powder
1 spoon cumin powder
1-2 spoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 spoon garam masala powder
1 spoon cumin seeds
2 spoon desi ghee
1 tsp carom seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
chop coriander
