It’s weird some people can still use personal details, but I’ve figured it out. You have to go to account center and then your information and permissions. At the very bottom you should see account ownership and control.
After going to my profile and clicking the 3 dots, the next step is not available for me to select. Been trying for days to delete the account and can't.
