I'm getting fought so hard right now for my deliverance. I started feeling led to pray in tongues for 10 minutes here and there each day, and have also experienced demons telling me stop praying. When I tried to reach an hour this morning, my bibles were shoved off my side table. So it's been a battle. Then again it's always been a battle since I got born again years ago. Tongues have always been a battle in some way.
I have been praying in tongues since I was about 30 years old and I am now 77 years old now

Barely two weeks ago, I received instant healing after I invited the Holy Spirit to help me pray. Praying in tongues is my best experience ever. It works. All you need do is invite the Holy Spirit and open up your heart to receive Him. Even when you don't know what to say, the right words will come to you instantly. Communicating with God through the Holy Spirit is divine. It is real.
The Holly Spirit isn't magic it is of God. Magic is evil. Holly Spirit is of God.

Praying in the Spirit is powerful weapon , it confuses the enemy, you are actually praying the will of Father for your life, nation, family, whether you need healing, financial needs, restoration of marriage, a longed for children. Pray in the spirit, you will never be the same again.

When I was attacked by dogs, The Holy Spirit said, "Tell them to stop in my name." I did in tongues and they stopped and sat down as I rode away on my bike. Later a dog attacked me in my front yard. I raised my hands to heaven and called out in tongues. As the dog leaped, it ran into something invisible, much to its (and my) surprise. That could have been an angel. Many times I have used tongues at the command of the Holy Spirit and there have been miraculous results such stopping a storm, etc.

After listening to this video, I was up all night unpacking, because I moved. I looked at my watch and it was 4:31am and I had not been to bed, so I immediately got ready and went to bed (praying in the Spirit for my loved ones) . I was awakened by a telephone call from a repair man at 7:20am stating that he was 20 minutes away. I got up and got dressed and met him. To my amazement I did not get tired or sleepy at all during the day!

My prayers are limited when I pray in English but I know that I am praying out the perfect will of God when praying in tongues. This allows me to pray all day without sounding redundant. There are times when praying in tongues, I feel tingling, sometimes it comes out as a shaking from my inner spirit as rivers of living water bubbling up and out of me. Sometimes there are no manifestations and I just pray in faith. It is incredible to have a secret heavenly language with God.

I remember how 33 years ago, four days after my baptism, while singing praises I started to sing in tongues. I try to pray in tongues al day long and the mask helps so much praying out loud in tongues while in the streets, shops or at work! Thrilling to feel God is empowering us to carry His works.

Oh my I'm fairly new at speaking in tongue since end of September 2020 and one day about a week later while I was speaking in tongue, alll of a sudden I start singing in tongue & was thinking is that even a thing lol since I've never heard no one else say or do that before but I thank God for your comment. Ahhh oh my goodness!!! I got baptized on Easter, April 4th, then got tongues 4 days later!!!! I got prayed for (and prayed myself) for tongues during worship and started speaking!!! Im only 14 but its so amazing! Im still getting used to it because they don't call it tongues for a reason. lol
Speaking in tongues , built you up in the faith and strengthen you , to live holy life. It makes you so sensitive to God. It is so crucial for us christians.

Asked the Lord Jesus to baptize you with the Holy Spirit. Invite the Holy Spirit to come into you and open your mouth and speak.( not the language you know ). When I heard Kevin Zadai say that Jesus told Him one of the fastest ways to grow in the spirit was to speak in tongues, I asked to receive the gift. It is encrypted technology to speak to the Lord and the enemy cannot understand what we are saying. I was an intellectual person so for me I love speaking in tongues all day while I listen to videos or do my tasks or really just anytime. I have grown so much closer to God and it is such a good stepping stone to intercession for everyone. People may receive an attack to stop their new tongue expect it and say fat chance enemy he will come whisper your are not doing it right or that’s not tongues. At first I covered my mouth so I couldn’t hear it until I was more practiced. Mine tongues sounds like Chinese and Spanish mixed together.

OMG my tongues sound like the same!!!! I never thought I’d come across anyone like this. I always wondered why my tongues didn’t sound like everyone else’s and the enemy started to convince me that it wasn’t real and demonic. 😑

I was baptized in the Holy Spirit 38 years ago and, though I fully understand man’s pride and the brainwashing of man’s traditions, I’m still astonished that any Christian could reject something so clearly established in Scripture, actively looking for ways to say ‘no’ to the Lord. This is the real definition of insanity: pride couched in intellectual sobriety, as driving you to reject the patently obvious.
Cast aside your agenda and look for ways to say ’yes’ to the Lord.

Edit: Baptist, Catholic, methadist. Everyone has it a little wrong. It's not the church we choose, it's the choices of the person. Why would I sprinkle water to baptize and confess my sins to man when Christ and God alone have authority to forgive sins, and scripture states full submergence? I wouldn't do these things. When I researched Baptist it said they believe in following scripture closely as possible. Maybe they are not perfect but I've never heard them say once saved always saved. I believe you though. Mormons carry a doctrine and second Peter I believe? States don't invite someone into your home carrying a doctrine different then this. Neither bid them God speed. Jehovah's believe Jesus The angel Gabriel lol. But we as INDIVIDUALS need to try and correct these things. If we we're saved by the church we choose, I know not WHO would be saved

I was baptized by water seven years ago. Then by the Holy Spirit and given my heavenly language a year thereafter, which was six years ago. At first I did not understand the different between the two baptismal. However, when I came into the knowledge and understanding of it. I prayed and asked God for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I remember that day very vividly. It happened on a Sunday after church I was praying in English on my knees in the living room floor when the power of God hit me. I started crying, trembling and began to speak in tongues. The sound came from out of my belly where the living waters of Jesus Christ flowed through me. Glory be to God! Hallelujah!

Im not a very religious person. I sin. But I believe. I was saved around 12/15 years ago baptized 2 years ago. I’d never knew much about tongues. Never put a lot of thought into it. Long story short. I got very sick. I was having stomach issues very bad. I went down slowly over a 5 year time. I got bad all at once. I’m fearful of hospitals I won’t go unless I’m dying. And I was to that point yesterday. Whatever was wrong with me had came to a head and I was on level 10 pain. Cant use the bathroom without black out level pain. Very serous issues.. I started to pray for God to forgive me and to heal me. I prayed for a few days to please heal me. It wasn’t working really I seemed to get a little better but not healed. I started praying hard none stop laying in bed. I prayed for about 15 minutes solid and all the sudden my prayer went to another language that I’ve never heard. It sounded kind of Russian/German but different. I kept on praying this tongue prayer for another 10 or 15 minute before I was done and said in jesus name amen. All of my pain 95% gone by the end of the prayer. This morning I just woke up and no pain almost at all. 95% of the pain gone. And mornings and night is the worst time usually. So I don’t know much about religion or the Bible. I’m not very good at religion. But I believe. I’m good to others. I love everyone and I’m kind to everyone. That’s all I know about the Bible is that I should treat people good and pray for my forgiveness and that’s what I do. I believe in the healing power of God. And he is healing me from this pain. I’m a believer. I’m putting my fear away too. I felt like all the fear I’ve faced in this time of pain and sickness that God wants me to let the fear go and trust in him. So I’m working on not being so scared and letting that fear go in knowing God will take care of this pain and sickness. I hope this helps someone out there.

Speaking in tongues is like adding value to prayer. Those who dont shud know they are missing alot
I don't understand, those who don't are missing out? Adding value to prayer? Where'd you get this info? It is written that EVERY seed planted by our Father in heaven has a gift. One is speaking in tounges. One is understanding different tounges. One is wisdom, one is faith, etc. It's all explained in scripture. If I had the gift of faith or wisdom would I be disappointed it wasn't healing? Or speaking in tounges? The spirit gives gifts. I'm thankful for ANY gift and any gift I haven't received I don't feel I'm missing out. Who could know why God and the spirit do what they do? We could NEVER fathom the answer. To be honest when I saw the title (most controversial subject in the bible) I thought "oh I bet this aughta be good 😆. 10 seconds in I can explain it away. There's NOTHING controversial about scripture or this topic. It's perfect perfection like AALLL scripture and is VERY CLEAR. People have a hard time excepting things that are written, so they twist God's word so they can have their ears tickled (twist the word into what they want it to mean). Which is why I clicked this vid. I don't even watch supernatural EVER anymore. I may have seen One or two guest where what they said actually lined up with scripture. Otherwise it's a bunch of stuff you've never heard before. It is written to test the spirits with scripture. It is also written, they were called Nobel for testing his words to see if they aligned with scripture. If Jesus In all his parables still lined up with scripture, shouldn't these people whom we've never heard of??? Man has the same number as the beast for a reason I believe. I can't even look to the left or the right without seeing evil in this world. Deception is EVERYWHERE... I should pray again for this world, that they might see what our Lord was trying to reveal... The depth of Christ and God and the plan. It's never ending. I've only but had a few moments in which our God gave me moments of clarity. Understand just for A MOMENT and its... It's, I don't even have words... Christ be with you, and any one else who will have him.

I belong to a Southern Baptist Church, and I'm the ONLY one in my church that prays in tongues.

Every night before we go to to sleep we should make our lives right with God so that even if we were to die in our sleep we will still go to Heaven. Here is a good prayer to say before sleeping and throughout the day.
Say dear Lord Jesus I thank you for dying for my sins and I receive you as my Lord and saviour. Lord Jesus I confess all my past, present and future sins to you and I ask you to please forgive me for all these sins, wash away all my spots, blemishes and wrinkles and fill me with overflowing holy spirit and with overflowing spiritual oil even unto death. Lord I forgive and release all those who have done me wrong and I ask you to bless them. Lord Jesus please write my name permanently in the lambs book of life in Heaven in Jesus's name I pray. Amen🙏🙏

You cannot be a Christian, filled with Holy Spirit and be nursing a thought of eventual death when asleep. No, not at all. The word of God says "he giveth His beloveth sleep" not "death in their sleep".
@@pstnuel Well this prayer is for Christians who may feel the need to make their lives right with the Lord, maybe they watched porn on the day before and need to wash their spirit garment in the blood of Jesus to whiten it and make it right with the Lord. Not everyone might follow the Holy Spirit always as sometimes it takes time to develop a genuine heart, so maybe after praying this, their heart will truly receive the Holy Spirit and be truly converted and not go back into sin.

I have been speaking in tongues for years and the insight that God gives us amazing. Paul says the mysteries of God are revealed in Christ and allows you align to God and bring things into manifestation. I pray and sing in tongues too and amazing power, wisdom, and knowledge come through. The love of Christ grows exponentially! And the devil cannot understand because it goes from your heart to God's heart.

Did 16 hours straight drinking water and coffee and after the 16th hour I had an encounter with an angel. If and IF you do this 4-6 hours a day without ANY distractions you will see Romans 8:28.

Jesus found me and i found him when I was 21. A month later I got filled with the Holy Spirit as someone told me about that and i went to the pastor and he and his secretary prayed and i got filled and rode my bicycle home talking joyfully in Tongues...i have two languages now and some have many more ! The Lord has nudged me the last few years to use my tongues a lot very day ....I am so thankful for this gift .

I have 2 cousins who are Southern Baptist “perspectives” of the Holy Bible and they persecute me because I walk in the Kingdom of Heaven’s supernatural realm by the Holy Spirit & Fire! You could not have said it better, but what I have experienced when I first was filled with the Holy Spirit I was praying in english then my tongue was changed from english to this unknown language which I could not control. I tried so hard to go back to english, but could not control my language until the Holy Spirit spot speaking through me. This was a very POWERFUL encounter having the Holy Spirit inside of me. I can only speak in tongues whenever the Holy Spirit chooses, not just me doing it on my own. Also not all times I pray,I I pray in tongues. When this happens is when I am in my room worshiping, and I am really emptying out myself to God the Most High.
Tongues is for today. as I sat in church this past Sunday morning July 26th I believe it was her the 27th The holy Spirit spoke to me and said pray in tongues. And that's what I plan on doing.

If you are implying the Holy Spirit is a female you are not correct. The Holy Spirit is not a HER because the Holy Spirit is the spirit of God which is a HE. The father and the Son and the Holy Spirit are all male.
I am so grateful for this gift of the Lord! The Holy Spirit is wonderful! I want Him to be my Friend! Praying in tongues is powerful and easy. Here in Mexico is a little difficult for people to understand that speaking in tongues is from the Holy Spirit. A lot think that it's something demoniac, and they're afraid of this practice.Even me at first, I was attack by the devil with doubts once and awhile, but I asked God for this gift for about a year! If so lift your hands up to Jesus and ask Him to baptise you in the Holy Spirit with tongues and then just open your mouth and speak in your new languish not in English. Hallelujah! I remember when I first spoke in Tongues when I was a college student at Liberty University in January of 2011. Man that was amazing! The verse I remembered meditating on was 2nd Corinthians 5:7, “The righteous shall live by faith and not by sight.” Keep me in prayer y’all! Although I’ve had this in my days of youth as a follower of Messiah, I desire to have this again in my life. I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit by faith on 2/03/2016 because it is a promised gift from God for all believers. Then I started to speak in tongues by faith, believing that I had already received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Since I did not have any feeling as an evidence, the devil challenged me for one year, mocking me for my wishful thinking. But I insisted until I started to see the fruit of it. God is faithful. We do not need to wait for the feeling because those who believe the promise of God without seeing (feeling) are blessed.

I started speaking in tongues being stranded in Florida September 17, 2018. Everything worked out and I was able to get home. It was a weekend of spiritual warfare. The Lord definitely saved me and baptized me in the spirit. Haven't been the same since. I was also reading the Bible front to back since August that same year.

35 years ago I got baptized in water (when I was 25 years of age) and that same evening I got baptized in the Holy Spirit and started speaking and praying in tongues.
I do believe that one needs to go through believers water Baptism - Act.2:38 as a starting point - thus in obedience to the doctrine of Christ
and then will receive that gift of the Holy Spirit and thus begin a joyful journey filled with boldness, assurance of faith, the power to overcome triumphantly

I used not to believe in the speaking of tongues until God called me as an apostle. He gave me a new revelation of the whole bible and that transformed the church such that the very people who were against the speaking of tongues would receive tongues at home when praying or in a vision. If you eat the right food you will automatically grow and become healthy. That's what real biblical teachings do.

It's not just money but the blessing of the knowledge of Christ you have received from the old testament teachings as well as the new testament teachings. That is grace upon grace. Bringing together the old and the new equips you to the fullest and thus God wants you to worship Him with full understanding . It means times of ignorance are over and we shall worship Him in Spirit and in truth

wow this is amazing. I too was prompted recently to do research on this topic. Last month I went to a healing house here in Clearwater Florida for spiritual deliverance of strongholds and unclean spirits. For the next two weeks I felt the desire and need for Holy Ghost anointing. I've read about it off and on in the past, but didn't believe in it. However God prompted me so I went back to the healing house and was baptized in the Holy Spirit. I believe there is truly a spiritual awakening happening with God's children. HalleluYah!

The Angel pours the prayers to the earth mixed with the fire of God creating lighting thunder Earth quakes, I believe these are answers to our prayers so saints of God let's fill the golden bowls of heaven , by fasting and prayer an supplication make you request known , but always minister to God first with praise and reverence , not just petitions for praise is are our gifts to God . I remember a unique event not long after I recieved the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues. The pastor had just finished his sermon and said that anyone that wanted anointed with oil and prayed for should Line up.
As people began lining up I noticed several mothers with their young children in line. None of the children looked to be over 6 or 7 years old. When the first little boy reached the front of the line the pastor barely touched the boys head when the boy crumpled to the ground and lay there speaking in tongues. Before a knew it, several little children were layed out on the floor speaking in tongues with their heads cradled on their smiling mothers laps.
I was amazed. As far as I knew none of the children had even been water baptized. Then I realized that their spirits were so pure that there wasn't any need for them to repent or be baptized in water at thar point in order to recieve the Holy Spirit.
What a testimony of our Lord's loving and kind nature !

Water baptism has nothing to do with gifts, or power. It a public declaration of Faith… period 👍
@rrbb36 Water baptism is the new covenant antitype of the old covenant type of cleansing the temple with water and blood.
Under the old covenant, the writer of Hebrews wrote , the blood of bulls and goats was ineffective in dealing with the " consciousness of sins" which is guilt.( Heb.6:2)
As a result ,under the old covenant, the temple was cleansed but the Spirit of God would only temporarily dwell in the Holy Of Holies. As a result the rites had to be repeated each year.
As a result of the Lord shedding His blood at Calvary the Holy Spirit could now, dluring water baptism, circumcise the conscience, remove the guilt from our conscience and restore it to its original absence from the guilt brought on by wilful sin.
The temple now is our bodies ,and what transpires as the result of our repentance followed by water baptism is the " washing of regeneration" of Titus 3:5.
The Word " regeneration" defined means to return something to its original state. The original state of our conscience is as a childs, free from the guilt from wilful sin.
Now the Holy Spirit can come and dwell in the temple of our bodies on a permanent basis. The fact that it has is scripturally confirmed by the believer speaking in tongues.
One time I was praying really heavily n tongues pissed Satan off bc I got attacked!
