- The ground conditions were good today and it was easy finding the old relics in the dirt today at this old cellar hole. This place has been hit so hard through the years but we give it a go annually to see what we can find. Lots of history from the 1700s and 1800s to be found and you just have to swing as much as you can. This old deserted NH farm has been abandoned for well over 100 years .Around the cellar hole, rock walls and barn foundation we were finding old buttons, thimbles, horse shoes and stuff. Sometimes the weather really effects the responsiveness of the ground metal detecting and today being in the mid 30's it worked out in our benefit. some great old artifacts and relics dug up and glad we hit it again.

A fitting return for the time invested. Once again Charlie proves he is the button man.
A few years ago, I went to a beat up park where it had been detected to death. I put on a small coil and went slow with a different detector and I found 6 buffalo nickles I had missed in the past.
It is Thursday with stealth diggers Waynos and Charlie. After ten years, things still were found. Cool. Joyce❤️🙏🇺🇸

I have a question with detecting a seller of the family home of my grandfather who passed many years ago. The house burned down so how could you detect the seller. You can still see the stone with lead to the cellar. If you get time could you help me
Depending on your machine I'd try discriminating out just nails and swing slow looking for repeatable tones...when in doubt, dig it just in case
