Thank you Dr Mpofu.Ntate Matshiqi remains such a prolific gift.we ought to celebrate such a towering firgue in such a public discourse of such critical conversations
One of the most gifted, concise, honest, analytical, rational, objective, and smart analyst we are blessed with in this country of ours 👏 👏 👏 pity he's not getting enough air-time. Siyabonga Sizwe for the platform, Khule ndoda.
I like how he provides a mystical reading of the human condition today and nicely aligns it to a political reading. Shows how he straddles two worlds; the spiritual and the material.
After watching Gogo chatting with you, I always feel like the conversation was ended much early, like it needed to continue. We need more, mostly relating to EFF politics and policies
Sizwe you're doing an amazing job! I'm not into politics but how you and Gogo Aubrey Matshiqi dissect issues is nothing short of fascinating. 😊😊😊New subbie alert! PS: Gogo Aubrey must come back every now and then🙈
Discovered your channel today, enlightening content. Especially as a young University student whose future will be affected by most of the topics discussed on your channel. Siyabonga bafo, izandla zedlula ikhanda.
Great interview 👏👏I am nocking on your door Dr to interview Ugogo about the issue of Gender based violence in our society.what went wrong in our society as we find ourselves in into this current situation.
It would be interesting idea to invite both Gogo Aubrey & brother Lukhona(both political analysts) to debate each other, dialogue these tensions, battles, and political discourse with the SA youth. Perhaps start a political school as this will help educate and empower the youth to understand where we come from, how we got here, and where and how we should maneuver us of this quagmire.
Prepaid voucher of R 1bn ...Ntate Aubrey won't disappoint. He makes you see it. He reminds me of my High School physics teacher, we couldn't wait for the session. Thanks for good and impartial content.
I think the DA also learnt that they do not necessarily need the majority if they can simply use the courts to have their own way. The majority views can therefore be challenged and swayed through the courts of law, even if you are a minority. So, instead of going for the difficult path of recruiting unwelcomed Black constituency, the DA will be raising more money and we are likely to see more court battles using even Black Lawyers to save face.
Interesting leftist analysis, but still leftist nonetheless. Maybe it’s too soon to discuss Herman Mashaba’s party? But one thing that is clear, is that Mr Mashiqi thinks SA’ns want to live in a socialist/communist state, and goes on about the the protection of global interests. Maybe SAns want to determine their own success in a mixed economy dominated by capitalism rather than this socialist agenda that all political analysts advocate for
With respect. I think you are misreading his analysis. Please look up the term Corporate Socialism. Look at the politicians using this term and their politics. Most of what you see now which sounds socialist isn't the socialism of the 1980s and 90s, but rather a pivot towards a more socially conscious capitalism such as in European scandanavian countries which are very capitalistic but highly tied to the social contract.
@@Slayer-kx5fz capitalism will never uplift people from poverty, I think people are more drawn to capitalism because of the personal enrichment it offers but it’s personal enrichment that’s fucked up this country. When you have laws and policies that exclude your people what’s the next best thing? Become a gate keeper. Our situation in Sa is so complex but if we really want to solve it we gotta go back to where it started. Mandela sold out you can view that however you want but the fact is the only thing we received after 94 was elections and champagne for a few

He speaks in circles around the bush. Lunch with Mary and George. How colonial.
