Ahahaha bruh. I noticed the same thing. Bless her heart. She was oblivious.
Do those videos, Beautiful Dogs
10:00 If you haven't seen it, Kentucky Ballistics did a video where he detailed how his 50-caliber rifle blew up in his face because of misloaded ammunition. He tells how he went temporarily blind in his right eye; his eye protection saved him from going permanently blind. The incident left him with quite a few scars on his face and neck, however.
he almost died too, so more than scars

I came here to make the same suggestion. It’s a first hand look into one of the most terrifying situations you can experience
If you watch the fat electrician, the line from starship troopers where he says " do you want to live forever" is from an actual Marine named Dan Daly who said that once in a battle. The starship troopers character was based off of Dan Daily.
Guam is a territory of the United States. Kind of like an American state. Kind of like Puerto Rico is a territory.

You have to have a special permit and tax stamp to own and shoot an automatic rifle in the states so to shoot one you need to go to a range that has the proper paperwork. It's expensive to own one.
Just to own one, not to shoot one.
Starting around 12:24 it’s clear that Ash likes the sound of that big one they called the KSG. I’ve never used one but I’ve seen videos of ordinary citizens demonstrating it. It seems to be amazing.

Did I hear someone say something about guns blowing up?! Let me add another vote for Kentucky Ballistics' video about his .50 cal blowing up and his near-fatal injury from it! He's a great creator, never skipped a single video of his. And i'm sure he'd be cool with you guys reacting to it. He's big on spreading gun saftey, and he's even collab'ed with Eddy Hall.
"No safety" handguns have an internal mechanism that makes the first trigger pull much harder than the following shots. It's harder because the first trigger pull is also pulling the hammer back. Some people are careless or manhandle their handguns, leading to accidental firing.
thats revolvers and da/sa... most guns today are striker fire and there is no hammer. tons of guns dont have safeties
@@TheWhatman21 Right, I figured "hammer" was the easiest term for a non-gun person to understand. It's easy to get lost in the weeds with the sheer amount of variation in different guns.
The SIG that was going off had a bad design without a functional drop safety. If it was carried with a round in the chamber and cocked then dropped it had a disturbingly high chance of going off. The design was fixed, and they did a swap program IIRC.
Fully automatic guns are legal in the U.S. but there are bureaucratic hoops to jump through involving taxation and licensing.
Its weird hearing a special forces soldier say he "tense" going in because there is guns AND ammo inside.
Sometimes I question who these people really are. I grew up in the Midwest around guns my whole life. Served in a regular army infantry unit. Listening to the young guy makes me believe he's not in combat arms at all. SF has support roles and I'd wager he's in one of those. He sounds like someone recently introduced to firearms.
Yeah most US special forces incorporate no less than two firearms into their lovemaking
i guess youve never been in the military? you dont just walk around with guns at the army bases. its in the armory until you need it for training. if a weapon in the armory isnt accounted for, the base goes on lock down.
@@nullakjg767 but that's wasn't an armory it was just a regular gun store. Hes special forces and guns and ammo together make him tense?????
@@randomknox82 you just arent getting it. hes not used to seeing guns freely available. they are usually locked away in armory with people who need to grant permission before hes able to use it. where every bullet is accounted for. im not sure whats so confusing about that. did you grow up in the era where they had lead paint in everything?
Love you two!!!
Please keep the great content coming!!
I kinda understand it. This soldier only has experience because he served for the military which a lot of countries including S. Korea and Israel make it mandatory. But if you come to the US.. as long as you’re not a criminal and don’t have a record you can basically walk in and buy what you want with some exceptions like autos obviously. It’s even foreign to some soldiers from other countries. Not sure why he’s nervous or scared though
Hand guns are definitely the "exception" also.
As long as you have a clean background, which federal law dictates must be check by the sales personel or dealer, you walk in and out within a half hour with a shotgun or rifle.
@@mattSinco there’s a lot of states where you can walk out with a handgun in an hour or so too. Here in Tennessee included. They’ll do the ATF/FBI check over the computer and if you have a clean record you can walk out with it that evening. Last 2 I bought I got them same day
@@TreyM1609 hmm in digging deeper and you are correct.
Does that apply with out of state purchases? Because I'm pretty sure you can buy but have to pick the handgun up in the state you reside
@@mattSinco I’m pretty sure you can buy it in my state or others like it but if you want to take it over state lines then that’s on you. A lot of states won’t let you transfer over state lines without per
Its but again Tennessee and alot of of southern states aren’t like that. Just depends on where you buy it and what state you’re taking it too. Somewhere Like NY state that would be a felony. But if I bought one in KY and drove to Tennessee it’s all good. No registration or anything as long as I’m legally able to buy it
@@mattSinco If you're purchasing something over the internet, first it has to be legal within the law of the state you're buying it in. Say you live in California, you'd have to have the gun altered in certain ways (Could range from unremovable magazine, 10 round magazine, pistol grip turned into a stocked grip, etc.) to comply with the states laws. Once that's done the gun can be shipped to a licensed Gun Dealer in the state which would then do a typical check and sale.
This sniper's eyes are very intense. He seems like a friendly dude, someone I could share a beer with and talk smack and laugh but I think if shit went down I'd want him on my side lol
auto-fire weapons in the US required a license.
I had an old Remington model 10 , 12 gauge pump made around the time of World War One with which I hunted ducks on the salt marsh behind my house for many years . The sound and feel of that pumping action was so solid ,strong and right . I think hearing that for me was similar to a motorhead hearing a big 8 cylinder growl .
I watch all your videos and I love all of the office blocks but Ash you are my very favorite. Love your personality and how upbeat you are. Your the type of person I'd love to hang out with. Go get a beer of cup of coffee. Just wanted you to know how great you are
Oh my gosh thank you!!

No.
Why is your pocket smoking and a hole in your pants?
I have a cigarette in my pocket that burned a hole through......I gotta go.
As I understand it, he's with the Underwater Demolition Team (UDT) so yeah, he can customize his gear.
In the USA we can get AR-15 mags which hold 60 or 100 round mags. You always need to control your trigger finger. Actually, in the USA you can get a Full-Auto stamp. But, you are limited what you can buy. In Las Vegas I went to a gun range and got to fire Full Auto.
Cop guns in the US went safety-free with the rise of Glock. People will say Glocks (and striker-fireds w/o a manual safety) actually do have safeties - but they're referring to the trigger "dongle," which keeps the gun safe from an accidental snag of the trigger, but only that. I agree with the Korean sniper. On the machine guns - they're legal in the US, with an expensive tax stamp and ATF approval, and have scarcity, because we can't import or make more, except for law enforcement and military (the military not soldiers). So they go for 10s of thousands of dollars. I took a handgun course that included an optional MP3 mag dump. They had a bunch and also gave tactical machine gun training.
There's a video on UA-cam called "Can Airsoft translate to real firearms skill?" by the channel T.Rex arms and i think you guys would love it. They bring this Japanese Airsoft enthusiast over to America, the guys never fired an actual gun before and it's incredibly interesting what happens. Think it would be great for you guys to react to!.

Safeties have upgraded. Some has it on the trigger. And some are on the grip and trigger…. I’m sure that can get confusing for cops if they use a standard and the newer types
Many countries have militaries and special forces, but zero combat experience. This guy seems very green.
Sig has a model that the striker fire can go off if they hit the ground at a certain angle. the claim to have fixed it.
You need a special license here in the U.S. for a fully automatic. Without that license, we're only allowed semi automatics.
Ash, we say "kid in a candy store"...but I know how he feels...
In most U.S. states, you can legally own a Gatling gun. If you attach a drill to the hand crank it instantly becomes very illegal. It's interesting, something like an Fightlite SCR is legal in NY State, but a normal AR15 is not. A pistol grip and a detachable box magazine are illegal to have together. That why a Ruger Mini14 without a pistol grip is legal in NY.
An assault weapon is defined as:
A semi-automatic rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least one of the following characteristics:
A folding or telescoping stock;
A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon;
A thumbhole stock;
A second handgrip or a protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand;
A bayonet mount;
A flash suppressor, muzzle break, muzzle compensator, or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor, muzzle break, or muzzle compensator;
A grenade launcher
It would be interesting to see his reaction at Shot Show in Vegas.
Dave and Ash, you need to move to the US if you like those racking sounds

In the US you have to have FFL= Federal Firearm License to own any Full auto firearm.

It’s the Sig Sauer P320.
It’s the most dangerous mass produced gun in the world and Sig refuses to acknowledge their mistake.
The P320 has a “hair trigger” which means it has a very short and very light trigger pull which is meant to make the gun faster and easier to shoot, but they DID NOT add industry standard safeties like a “tab trigger” which requires you to press the tab down before the trigger will fire.
Combine the hair trigger and no tab trigger means the gun randomly goes off if it gets jostled too much.
There is currently a massive class action lawsuit against Sig which includes military members, police officers, and civilians who have accidentally shot themselves while the gun was in the holster.
I wouldn't go so far as to call it "the most dangerous in the world." And it's not a "hair trigger." Sig has never called it that and the P320 trigger has NOTHING on competition gun triggers when it comes to touchiness.
I have tested mine (unloaded, obviously) by dropping it and jostling it. The trigger never went off.
The drop safety issue has already been addressed with the voluntary upgrade program from Sig.
@@carsonelliott6522 you’re trying entirely too hard to defend Sig. I know you think your opinions are important but your individual experience doesn’t negate the dozens of ppl hurt due to accidental discharge and the class action lawsuit that includes military, police, and civilians.
In case the previous comment didn't show up because I linked my sources, none of the litigations against Sig have held up in court so far. They have either been dismissed as inadmissible testimonies or declared unreliable. Meaning, multiple courts have agreed that the Sig Sauer P320 has not been shown to pose nearly as much of a danger to its users as you claim. @@AbruptandOffensive
@@carsonelliott6522 you can’t link sources on UA-cam. And there is currently an open class action lawsuits against Sig.

Re: barrel peelback... terrifies me...
To answer your question about rapid fire here in the US, we have no laws prohibiting it anywhere that I'm aware of.
Any restrictions are at shooting ranges with rules that prohibit it there. I've been to a number of ranges over the years with signs saying "No Rapid Fire". I assume it's a safety thing.
He's talking about full auto. Just something lost in translation.
12:25 That isn't a KSG, its an M&P 12. Same concept, different gun.
See the comments about the issues with the Sig P320/M17.
Most modern handguns have internal/integrated safety features, ie Glocks have a safety in the trigger its self. I've dropped a loaded one and it hasn't gone off. Not saying you should, but modern firearms, with few exceptions, are generally difficult to set off unless you break safety rules, like putting your finger on the trigger when you shouldn't.
Full auto is legal, just lots of paperwork and very expensive.
Eye protection is also for any fragmentation or just about anything that can jack up your eyes.
The injuries to the sides is more simply because there isnt any armor there, not because anyone can actually aim there in the middle of combat.
Y'all need to watch some Brandon Herrera, Garand Thumb, Admin Results, etc. Garand Thumb just did a vid on the SA80.
In the States you need a special federal license for full auto arms. My son and I competed in both rifle and pistol competitions. In the 1980s in one year we hand loaded 3000 rounds of rifle ammo each. The Glock had a safety in the trigger, that is how the cops shot themselves when grabbing the pistol.
Does the UK allow you to buy military grade items?
Police use handguns without a safety because under stress, they tend to forget to switch off the safety and are unable to fire their weapon.
My Handguns are all S&W cause the are lefty friendly. Mag release and slide lock on both sides. (take down is only on one). They only have a trigger safety so you need to know what you are doing
Ash knows about firearm safety! Woohoo!!!
Vests do have an expiration and need replaced every 5 to 10 years to provide best protection.
yes, full auto is illegal here in the U.S., but you can buy them with a special license, which is hard to get...
He's referring to full auto, it probably doesn't have a direct translation for the words
At the conclusion of the Spanish-American War in 1898, control of Cuba, Puerto Rico, The Phillipines and Guam were transferred to the US. Since then, both Cuba and The Philippines have been released as independent countries, but Puerto Rico and Guam are still US Territories.
Much like how the UK has territories such as Bermuda, with one big difference: the Governor of the US Territories is elected by the citizens of those territories, whereas the Governors of the UK Territories are appointed by the crown.
I have that exact shotgun - the one that makes the great sound. 👍
Basic gun safety…don’t put your finger on the trigger unless you are prepared to shoot. Point guns in a safe direction. Check every gun ( even if a person says it’s unloaded). Refrain from dry firing, especially striker fired pistols.
Treat the gun with respect.
In that video, they were not doing any of those basic gun safety rules and would actually be asked to leave the premises of many gun stores in the USA.
Guam is an island in the western Pacific and is a U.S. territory, like Puerto Rico.
Anyone else having comments disappearing? I've had several go missing, they certainly weren't controversial in any way.
Always yt censorship at its finest.
Even though he's military, he doesn't follow the general safety customs here. We have this issue in the US as well, a lot of cops/military are actually not that well trained in firearms safety. Like him dry firing towards the rest of the store is a big no-no here. The store owners will yell at you here for that. You usually 1. ask to try to the trigger first and 2. aim it at the towards the ceiling to demo it. Even at a gun shop full of unloaded firearms, never muzzle flag anyone. It's very rude. Pointed in a safe direction at all times.
OB Dave Reacts does watching this Video in any way make both of y'all love birds want 2 get your own 5.11 Bag/Pack but lower profile Appearance/Look & still be able 2 attach just as lower profile Appearance/Look in full-on matching Color Scheme as a Camping / EDC / Hiking / Survival Preparedness / Travel Bag/Pack?
You dont need a license to own a full auto in the U.S. its a simple tax stamp.
I'm not sure but there's been a ban here in the US on bump stocks , which can cause a semi gun/rifle shoot more rapid , he might be talking about that
Which is just another useless law because you can accomplish the same effect with your belt loop on your jeans.
@rigrmortis3393 true , I seen a vid on how to do that , law officials at one point was trying to ban the sale of 3d printers because people were 3d printing bumpstocks but it didn't pass
When I pray I thank God I was born an American.
Glock safeties are in the trigger.
T. rex arms had a video (it’s a bad title for the video) can airsoft translate to real firearm skill and it’s more so capturing the reaction of a Japanese mad running real drills on a firearms course I think would be a great video.
He’s never. Seen a bullpup
Most police use glocks and for whatever reason they dont have safety's, however in the last few years they tend to be calibrated to have a higher pressure to pull the trigger so its much less likely to go off by accident. I believe the NYPD require twice the amount of strength to pull the trigger then the standard model.
And they have become nearly impossible to shoot accurately as a result.
@@ViolentKisses87 they seem to be doing fine.
@@nullakjg767 have you ever tried to shoot paper targets with a 10lb trigger?
@@ViolentKisses87 if you cant pull a 10 lb trigger, you shouldnt be a police officer.
@nullakjg767 anyone can pull a 10lb trigger. There is a huge difference in doing so and doing so accurately, and I think you have little or no experience to continue this, obviously flawed line of thinking
It's MORE dangerous to have a safety on if you are a cop or in a defensive shooting situation. If you have to draw and fire instantly to keep from getting shot and you fumble or forget to unsafe the gun you can die. Cops keep a round in the chamber and safety off. So do experienced people who carry a side arm. The guy on the vid is only expereinced with military where you know if you are going into a combat situation before hand.
Theoretically, both cops and concealed carriers should be trained enough not to forget taking the safety off. But this rarely happens in practice.
@@carsonelliott6522No, you can NEVER train enough to 100% not make that mistake when first in a split second actual life or death situation. With modern firearms they won't go off unless one pulls the trigger. And cops don't keep their weapon in a pocket. So, not an significant issue. MUCH more useful to practice drawing weapon with finger NOT on the trigger
Just so you know, I was agreeing with you
