Crochet, like knitting, is the knotting of yarn or thread into fabric. Don't worry about tying knots.
Man, do I need a pair or ten of these. Looks like I need to hit up Target. Thanks so much for posting this!
Love these Sandals. Looking forward to making them. And yes I would love to see more videos like this. Excellent job.

So beautiful! 😍😍😍
FANTASTIC!!
I absolutely loved these. I made a pair with white flip flops and white red heart yarn. Because my sole and my yarn were the same color, I didn't change colors. They look great and I've been wearing them since I've finished them.
EmmaLee Daniels How are they holding up?
I thank you so much because all the projects that you make are great and I love them, and they are so easy for me. you take your time and that is so good for me.
💖💗
Hi I really loved this tutorial. Definitely going to try these at some point. Although it's getting a but cold here in dublin. I made my very first cardigan from a garter stitch sweater tutorial of yours. I just split the front into two. Was very proud of myself. Thank you.
🧡😍
This is an adorable and creative project! I'm glad for the blog posts so I could see what the sandals looked like when worn. Fantastic job!
😅💗
these are so adorable
want more designs
Cute sandals. This will be my next project!
🎀👍
I think I'm going to try this, but I may gorilla glue another sole onto the bottom, once I'm done, for double thick cushion, and then put some hotglue into the holes to keep my feet dry if I have some rain or some such. But I love the idea and how you've made it look so casual, but extra pretty. Well done~!
💘😘
Wow, amazing idea!❤
🎀💜
Glad I found you ❤. Thanks so much.
Love it and thank you for sharing can’t wait to make them
💖🍅
Thank you for sharing such an awesome project
🧑🤝🧑💐
Great!combination of fashion&pashion!!
💔😘
Those are beautiful. May I suggest using a drop of shoe glue inserted into each hole after the yarn is crocheted in to help hold the stitching in place, or to keep the rubber soles from cracking since making the holes might weaken the soles? Just a thought for extra durability. Anyway, your sandals are quite beautiful! Yes more designs! :D
so nice, can't wait to do mine
Katz ownlee Awesome idea of putting glue!!
I know this comment is old, I used clear E6000 to hold mine and one year later still no issues.
@@CopperHueCollectionsChippewa Thank you!
I haven't done this yet but I was thinking that instead of piercing thru the side, how about straight down and then glueing a whole 'nother sole to the bottom. Thus reinforcing and protecting the stitching And making for a nice cushy shoe. Maybe?
Thank you!! I already have friends making requests since I shared on FB. 👍🏻😉
💓💕
Love how clear your directions are! Definitely going to be making a pair of these for this summer!

I am getting married March 27th to my High School sweetheart after 30 yrs, and I think I have finally found my wedding shoes!!!! I am making wrist corsages and boutonnieres for my bridal party based on your roses video! I know you are a busy lady or I would ask you to allow me to pay you to make me a pair of these that would be sooooooo special to me on my wedding day, but alas I know its a pipe dream :-) I know your time is valuable and would cause you too many issues with others! Thank you for the great tutorial!
Love ,love beautiful, and easy to follow. Ty GOD BLESS YOU keep doing what you love best. 💓💓💓💗👍👍👍👍
I have planters so the cute sandals hurt my feet. I made my own comfortable sandals because it was hard to find cute affordable ones. I used old navy as the bottom and then used another material for 5he middle and top layers. I crocheted my straps then blinged it out with gems. I like your sandals.
What was your second layer?
💜💚
Wow!!!!
Nice!!!!!
They are beautiful
💋💕
I love the Idea, good job !
🎀
Love the sandal. I'm starting a trial pair now with a dollar store flip flop and some scrap cotton yarn. The only thing I'm going to do differently and I mention this so others might think also a nice addition is to do the base stitch that goes through the holes all the way around. Then you have a nice decoration and you can attach the toes part to it with no ends to weave in. Also maybe a contrasting yarn just to make it stand out instead of hiding it. I like a bit of bling.
