As always thanks for watching much appreciated!
Hard doing for easy viewing :)
If you are a blaster and require help please drop me a message on here. PLEASE don't email or call asking advice on how to setup or operate your Rig. I need to prioritise my free time doing work calls, emails and quote enquiries. I will always try to respond to comments on my videos :)
kind Regards

Not work for an old man this. I could not do this today. Mick - you must be a right unit mate! Every day is a gym day for you in this line of work. 💪
😎💪👍 r lass wants me to go gym with her on a evening by time I get home and load up for the next day all my body wants to do is lig out on setee 😂
@@Mobileblaster Steam room, sauna & jacuzzi. Using them will ease the aches and pains out and away from you. Waterproof headset, music you like to relax to & just let the magic happen. Steam room is really good for clearing muck out of your sinuses and off your chest as well as a deep pore cleanse of your skin. Nothing beats a good hour or so in the gym steam room & jacuzzi for unloading stress strains on your body and easing those muscle aches & pains!
how old are you im 75 and still flat out , just been on the Bristol uni doing a clear on the new build external , on cherry pickers 65 ft up for final hand over ,used a 440i titan , do a lot of intumescent with the Graco 695 , but air assisted airless always looks good , jotun not bad drop of stuff , used a lot of HMG
It's a shame you can't get a blast nozzle that takes the old stuff off in an 18" swath like the paint guns put it back on!! :) And thanks for including the painting process. I hope your joint project idea works out for you.
Your filming is getting better and better. I could watch this for hours. Keep Grinding.
Cheers 🍻🥰👍
Well done. It's gratifying to see a competent and thorough job. You've taught me how to do a better, faster job of blasting, even on my miniscule scale. Again, well done.
Mick brilliant video mate thanks. Would be good to see next stage of the repaint project once they get their camera issue sorted.
Cool. We don't get to see the canal boat painting end of things. Great video!
Great video! Thank you so much for sharing!
Awesome work! And thanks for the spray work included! I used same fan style every time when I sprayed! ❤
Yeah the painting wasn't me I don't get too involved in painting 😎👌👍
What a amazing video Mick 👍. As a SandBlaster myself I always wondered about the process of getting the boat 🚢 into the dry dock. Great job Great video mate 👍 👏 👌 🇦🇺
😊 it's hard to get footage of that side of things as normally everything is ready to rock just this was a last minute kind of job 😎💪👍
@Mobileblaster 👍🫶 great video mate 👍 enjoyed watching it 👍 👌
Thanks mate appreciate it 😊👌👍
How do you blast the parts where the boat sits on the beams?..... Very interesting video on full process of getting boat into dry dock. 💪💪
Normally we use a jack and a sanction but this got grinder tuck to it after it was pulled out as I had a time limit my goal was do as much area as possible and prioritise on the harder areas it eats alot of time lowering the jack down etc
@@Mobileblaster Ahhhh cool... Always wondered 👍👍
Nice job mick great to see some painting. Nice to see you on bypass laddie oh aye koker
💪👌👍 I heard a beep beep your van is alot faster than mine 😂 I'm up that way tomorrow well m1 north back on road tankers I've stopped filming them as my equipment always takes a beating and the all the same as the last 1 so no real point 😬
See ye in morning back in leeds. If ye can catch me lol
nice!
Another great video Mick, do you leave your UA-cam card on the boat for the customers to see you doing the job. (More UA-cam subscribers.) 😜👍
😏 no I do tell the customers I try to film every job but a good portion of jobs don't get clear fottage as I like it only takes 1 spec of dust in the wrong place and its too late when I find out so it's kinda pot luck if the customers get a video or not 😬 I do try but as I've said before filming is a secondary action (not my main priority) youtube is a hobby that keeps me out of trouble 😏 this is a boat that is a hospital job something that's not priority but needs doing when time permits that's why it's sat in primer untill his workload slows down enough to get back onto this 👍
Do you price for a job like this or agree a day rate plus materials….just curious which you/customer prefs….cheers….love the videos 👍
I price per job normally but this was more of we have this amount of time and we want to spend X amount see what you can do and it went really well 👌👍
What's the sand consumption? I blasted Komatsu wb97 using over 2000kg of sand and that's without wheels and cab. I have to replace pneumatic deadman switch for electric one like you have because the pneumatic is complete bs.
Media usage verys so much I don't even count it I get depressed when I count the bags seeing money disappear into dust 😂 working like this helps with job quality because instead of penny pinching you're doing it for passion 😎
💪💪💪✌✌✌
😊👌👍
What Jotun paint were they using?
😉🇧🇻
😊👌👍
Woudn't it have been a good idea to mask off the upper areas especially the windows?
No why?
@@Mobileblaster potential for overspray from the sandblasting damaging the surface of the glass.
What type of sprayer do you use mate
The painting isn't me I don't get involved in that side of things 👍
What paint are you using for this?
Paint isn't me I cannot answer this as I don't know 👍
