What's Out There day WOT panel

Brought to you by AQA and Austin Health, What's Out There day (WOT) was held at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre on Wednesday 14 August. As part of the day, we started off with a panel of people with spinal cord injuries who had been discharged years earlier. They spoke about lots of subjects including: rehab, work, study, travel sexuality, health, positive mindset, mental health, overcoming obstacles, plus much more.
