Thanks a lot for the nice video! I have microfreak and circuit tracks. Can you elaborate a bit on how you use mini freak in the context of making ambient? Any good hint? :)
I am pleased to read that you liked it. Regarding the minifreak ( not sure about de microfreak) I tend to use a lot of modulation which effects the whole sound in a evolving manner. Let’s say i find on each oscillator a sound i like, set up filter and set the envelope. From this point it’s more experimenting: cycling envelope to trigger everytime you press a key and efect the resonance or cutoff frequency; macro 1 set as a fader between oscillator 1 and 2; lfo 1 set at random to affect macro 1; lfo 2 to change the rate of lfo 1 , delay time, decay time, reverb decay time or distortion amount. There are soo many possibilities. Also if you connect the circuit to it : you can modulate ( depending on the parameters you set circuit to madulate) by recording de knob movement. I hope it helps. I’ll plan out a video showing a patch 😁
thanks a lot for the detailed answer and for taking the time for it! That definitely inspires me and I will follow the path you suggested - thanks a lot! @@Mastermol404
Very cool. Proper laid back vibes.
Joli !
Nice one
I’ve just ordered one of these to add to my ever growing setup
Let us know how you fit the circuit tracks in your set up
@@Mastermol404 will do
