Damn, despite Big Z making it into the final it was really sad to see him struggle that much, I am not sure if he officially retired from WSM but I hope I will never have to see him not being able to go through to the final, what a legend he is
You may rest easy, Big Z isn't quite done yet, he's just taking his time recovering from his injury. Last I heard he's in good form and pressing 200kg+ logs overhead again. He's actually competing in the Shaw Classic this oncoming weekend, we'll see where he stands after that.
Hollands screwed himself monumentally in the Elephant Carry.Strategizing like that won't get you the title.Back in the day you never would have seen Pudzianowski not give his all for every event unless he absolutely knew he made the final.Good for Nick Best.He actually qualified before Savickas. You know he'll remember this sweet moment for the rest of his life.
Actually for Hollands even winning this event wouldn't change anything - he wouldn't beat Savickas in total amount of points. He may be able to do one stone lift less and that's it. I think it was better for him to preserve his strength.
What an odd group this was. Two major injuries. Three great competitors but all of them on the older side. Big Z doing more axle press reps than the rest of the group combined. Nick Best with probably the most unexpected group win ever.
Thanks for uploading this! 2017 was my favorite year for WSM!
Hey! Just wanted to say that you for uploading these! I’ve been watching them for the past few days and am loving them
Awesome moment when Nick Best realizes he's through to the final. You've earned it man.

You’re awesome! Thanks for another upload!
Main lesson learned: never underestimate Nick Best
Love the way Benzel done the fingal fingers, if he had a set to practice on he would be unbelievable
Just love how Terry done the drag in the 1st event
Nice ❤️, pls upload this year's wsm tommorow 👍🏾
Unfortunately I don't think it is available. At least I don't have it yet.
@@AlexanderMichelson it will be available tomorrow in the USA by 2pm maybe by Sunday
@@Adumah77 Alright, thanks for the
heads-up! I would like to watch it very much myself.
@@Adumah77 Sorry man, but I still can't find it on my usual torrent sites like the pirate bay. Hence I can't get my hands on it and upload it.
@@AlexanderMichelson we wait patiently
AMAZING 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Is the commentator the same voice of the referee?? Always thought the commentary was done after.
Yeah it's Colin Bryce back-to-back, and he often comments about "the referee" and his calls
This was his last year as the head ref for WSM

I completely agree with Holland's. 100 feet with the elephant stone is far harder than 1 atlas stone lift.
It is crazy how much the ref freaked out when Z put it on his shoulder. I bet the insurance company wasn't happy.
Zudrunis NO!! Haha
"ZYDRANUS NO, ZYDRANUS NO, ZYDRANUS NO..." Big Z listens to no Man.
Damn, I love that Magnus accent
Terry didn't try to much in most of the events
That official in the Fingals Fingers lol.
