@@cristiangamboa2037, he’s actually pretty good. Obie made it into the final twice, his pressing strength is at it’s best close to the top, his squat is on the stronger side, his grip is monstrous and his endurance is actually insane. His only weaknesses are his deadlift and the fact that he is almost as slow as Brian nowadays. The only reason he failed to make it into last year’s final was because of an error with the squat suit. I’m pretty confident that Eythor would have gotten wrecked in that stone off.
@@gotzvonunentberlichingen1452I'm not even sure you watched it. Oberst was against Eythor in the stone off and Eythor beat him comfortably so saying he would've got wrecked if he faced him is ridiculous. He did face him and the only one who got wrecked was Oberst.
I just saw the heat 3 video before this and i'm wondering why each heat has different implements. The loading race in heat 3 is a lot heavier with 1x 125kg and 2x 160 .. they ''only'' had 1 x 125 and 2x 110 here.
Wow, look how young Adam Bishop looked back then. In 5 years he's aged 15; looks like a man well into his late 30's and 40's now compared to the babyface he has here. The juice really does age you.
Bit of an odd comment to say the only man who could beat Terry in the truck pull was Brian when Thor won the vehicle pull in 2011 and 2013. Then also beat Terry in 2014 😂
What a joke! Robert Oberst is nowhere near 6'8". Every single time that I see him standing next to Brian Shaw , it looks as if Robert is at least two inches shorter. When he is standing next to Martin Forsmark who is a legit 6'6", Robert looks slightly shorter.
I saw a Robert standing next to Brian in person and he is definitely at least 6‘7“. He was just a tiny bit under Brian. Robert is a big dude man. Average strong man but very big. It was at the Arnold classic in Ohio I don’t know like five years ago
@@youtubeconnollyfamilyBut Brian isn’t 6’8” either so it’s a wild guess. But you can safely take an inch from any listed strongman and even if you did that you would probably still only get their height when they have shoes on
22:43 "It's the same as throwing a series of small children over a double-decker bus." Ah, yes, thank you for the comparison now I can relate.
Ya that's fucked up. No one better be throwing any kids.
@Joel Mc there not throwing kids
TornadoChaser72 rotfl
The commentators at WSM never cease to make me LMFAO!!
Strongman genuinely has the most gentle athletes
"including a two time world champ....and Robert Oberst" damn lol
I really like Oberst, but he is not as good as I would like him to be.

Danny Wallace is the gift that keeps on giving haha

Who doesn't love Terry Hollands
Brian probably used that Kettlebell throw as a practice run for the final
the belly of doom hahah bout Shaw

Hahaha "while bishop gets some frozen peas" savage!
Adam looked tiny back then
Terry Hollands has got some serious moobage going on in that polo shirt ...
- Not that you'd tell him that, tho!
Yeah true lmao but the dude can shred like no one’s business. Him and Big Z have the most incredible transformations I’ve ever seen
Robert Oberst is from California, born and bred. He is not from Oregon.
He's from Texas I believe
@@mustang8206 yeah he lives their now

The beast
These commentators are killing me))
Can you tell me how you recorded this from the tv? Thanks for uploading
Magic
@@lb4941 😂😂😂😂
Introduce Terry as one of the best vehicle pullers and then don't include any clips of him in the montage. Rude
I love how the commentators don't give a fuck since nobody watches the heats
ya and they say some funny crap. when that guy crushes his leg the frozen peas line cracked me up.

That looks like the thing that ate terry hollands lol.
Terry Hollands looks like he has mastered the "grasp and sodomise."
Who wouldn't want some of that?
