- Hi loves! Welcome to a what I eat in a week video. Bringing you along for my meals this week monday-friday. Everything that I eat is pretty simple and easy to make. Not every week is the same but I like to eat all of the foods that I buy so the meals are often similar so that none of it goes to waste. I also include a grocery haul. Don't forget to subscribe xoxo

Overnight oats
Mix together:
-1/2 cup milk
-1/2 cup rolled oats
-1/4 cup yogurt
-Cinnamon
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tbs chia seeds
-Frozen blueberries
Let sit overnight and eat cold next day

A realistic “ what I eat in a day video” is much appreciated! I can totally see more people having repetitive easy meals regardless if they are on a fitness journey, health journey, or simply a family household where it’s NOT realistic to be coming up with new recipes each day of the week. Love that these are still nutritious and healthy.

I know with exercise(burning calories) and staying active it may be a little bit easier, but did you find it different to eat this amount of food at first. It’s obviously a healthy amount but I always have a hard time eating food. I’ll feel nauseated and not want to eat and then I’ll be super hungry and probably over eat! Any suggestions?

Hey Hailey, I have a nespresso aeroccino and it keeps exploding milk does that happen to you or is it just my machine that does that, I just recently bought it and I do not over load it with milk I just fill it to the max line. I love you girl!!
Hey hey!! I fill mine to the first line, not the max second line! Maybe trying doing less milk in it and if you need more try making it twice?

I did not know you meal prep because in one of the come grocery shopping with me videos you said you didn’t like meal prep no hate I’m just curious if this is new thing your doing
I really only meal prep proteins like ground turkey or chicken. I wouldn’t meal prep seafood so it just depends. Everything else I would prefer to make it fresh but I’ve been trying to make it easier on myself for sure!

I break it up over the course of like an hour or so at least cause it’s really hard for me to eat all of it!
Once you start eating more simple you learn to love simple foods. I agree that it’s a good sustainable way to eating healthy
Why do you prefer not to season your food ?
It’s just easier and still tastes good to me like that haha but if people have seasoning recommendations I would try them out!
Hey if not seasoning your food works for you, nothing wrong with that. I season my food w/ fresh onions & garlic most of the time. I also use seasonings that don’t contain salt or msg and still manage to eat clean.

I was so excited to watch but I’m not a fan of the voice override just my opinion I always enjoyed you talking to us it felt more personal I have to say I didn’t finish the video. But your still the best
I understand! But this isn’t a vlog and to be completely honest it’s just hard filming everything I’m eating for an entire week and making sure I’m explaining everything right. What I eat in a day is better for that style or week of dinners etc
