Personally i find it annyoing, as well as the sound of Blow of Valves. I hear it in my quite rare GTI Clubsport (40 year anniversary GTI) as well, but naturally not as much. However thinking of getting the Japanese made IPE Valvetronic Exhaust for it... Check videos on my channel if you like! 👍
Truck is bad ass for sure... however no way would I part with anything close to 100 k and I certainly don't need any Shelby emblems. A 2.9 Whipple kit is about 8K and when combined with the newer 2018 F150 with direct injection and the 10 speed auto, its a hell of a combination to beat. You can add that to your XLT, add wheels, tires, lift and some katskins and you got plenty of money left over to buy fuel.
Yup ford dealerships actually sell them which a whopper producing about 725 horses with stuff you can add they do it all for you starting on a base 2018 f150 and build it up exactly as you want for 40000 way better of a deal

He loved it, and I would too. I’ve got the 2018 3.5EB tuned to 433HP and it is quick. That Shelby is a whole different thing. I’m running 35in Trail Grapplers on 20’s w/6in Lift, so it’s similar and that’s the reason he’s not getting the 0-60 in under 6sec. I barely got beat by a Challenger today and it’s because of the 35in tires runnin 3.55 gears. However, I’ve beat a couple Honda’s and some corvettes. If he put the stock wheels & tires back on, it would be even quicker, and I’d put cold hard cash on it gettin under 5 seconds on dry pavement. For now, I love my truck and w/433 horsepower runnin 91 octane and 502lbs of torque, it’s plenty with it being lifted 6 inches. Great video dude and keep that wicked truck.....you know you love it!!!

With a truck like this, there is no point of any other car, fast, fun, has truck capabilities, can fit a decent sized family, and pretty much does literally everything you’d never want!!!!
This truck is converted by a company called "Tuscany" in Elkhart, IN Their parking lot is FULL of these trucks and a steady flow of them being loaded on trucks and shipped every day.

Understand that is the Off-Road version. They make a street version that is lowered with a sport-tuned suspension and should be 500 to 600 hundred pounds lighter. A buddy of mine owns one of those. He raced his wife who has a Mercedes-AMG GLE 43 which is rated at 4.7 0-60 and smoked it.

This is still pretty cool tho, the grilles in the front could have looked better but ehhh EDIT: Nevermind, I see on their site that they've already made a Shelby Raptor. I'm satisfied now :)

Shelby does make its own superchargers and the thing that makes the Shelby superchargers so good is they have only three fins but they are twisted much more aggressively than typical ones so it pushes more air. From what I have heard is they put those super chargers on them to make it a little more affordable so they sell more... however that is completely anecdotal... and it is still an extremely expensive truck at least I know I cant afford it!

I saw this truck on the show room floor at Shelby factory a couple weeks ago. Very nice looking truck. I've got a '15 f150 Lariat 2.7 liter twin turbo and its good enough for me. It was 56 grand fully loaded. I highly recommend this truck or a dodge and if you wanna go fast just get a motorcycle. Much cheaper. If I had money to burn though I would get this Shelby for kicks. Is a sweet ride. Honeslty though you could just get a raptor and do some cool stuff to it. Ive seen better f150s at the car show in vegas.

I don't know what your doing wrong but my roush tuned f150 does 5 seconds 0-60 and it has 500 hp and i've driven the shelby with 755 hp and its faster then mine???? Should be a mid to high 4 sec truck
street muscle 215 yeah i believe it’s time is a 4.5 for the 0-60. I don’t know what he did here to make it 6 seconds other than he was on a wet road so probably lost a lot of traction on the take off.
Boosted F-150 channel runs 10.80's and did it for $50k. Plus his tune is sic, the revs stay at 6500 on all shift points, beating supercars at the track. The Shelby mustangs from the 00's are selling for 20k on autotrader now, not a good investment, better to buy the truck and take it to a tuner yourself.
I miss the power delivery of a supercharged car,i had a supercharged mercedes and i loved how it pulled. I now have a turbo car with more power but it doesn’t feel as exciting as the merc. One day i’ll get another supercharged car👍 Crazy to think my car is faster 0-60 than the shelby f150,i don’t have a fast car at all but i thought the shelby would do better than this.
Those tires probably didnt help the time either. The Raptor tires have more grip than those tires on the Shelby. You can sure hear the tire whine on the freeway as well

I have a 2013 eco boost with cat back MBRP exhaust and AFE intake and a plug in tune I get 7 seconds 0 to 60 a mile above sea level
