Track speed through this area is 105mph on 1 track (the one you're filming from) 125 mph for Acela trains and 110mph for everything else on 2&3 track(the inside tracks) and 110mph on 4 track.. The reason why the SEPTA trains are going so slow (as you put it at 4:43 ) is the tracks reconfigure just south of where you are standing. Basically, the track the southbound SEPTA is on comes to an end at that signal bridge in the distance (It called Holly.) You can see the Limited Clear signal at 4:48
